Really appreciate the video, im having some clunking and jittery shifting and was thinking about changing the trans mount but nobody ever talks about changing it. Definitely doing it now
Update: I just replaced the mount (not with an OEM though, cheap one from Amazon) and it made a noticeable difference in shifting smoothness. It didn't resolve my jerky low gear shifting but it definitely smoothed out the shifts when cruising at low speeds. The old mount rubber is lower than on the new one.
@@cmidas3396 Thanks, I actually replaced my motor mounts less than a year ago with the 034 street mounts, and have the eurocode driveline inserts. I currently have the JHM driveshaft carrier but it doesn't really work that well from what I can tell, definitely getting the jxb installed soon

Hi, I was getting vibration at high speed and also I could feel a clunk when coasting then very lightly pushing the accelerator pedal to try and isolate where it was coming from. My motor mounts went bad shortly after also.
Good video bro looks very DIY shouldn’t be billed over an hour or two tops for this at an Indy I would hope to get the inserts and trans mount together soon along with the jxb driveshaft carrier. Get the drivetrain nice and stiff

Kinda off topic but when you replaced your engine mount in you other video were you getting a lot of vibration and buzzing in the steering wheel and inside the cabin, especially while in drive and stopped at a light?

Yeah after taking a look at the old one in the sunlight I saw that the rubber had cracks in it all the way around.

Glad it helped. I'd say check your motor mounts and driveshaft carrier for wear. You can also do driveline inserrts.

That code is indicative of a small leak in the evaporative emissions system. A smoke test might reveal the source of the leak

No buzzing or vibration in the steering wheel at all before or after. You do get some vibration in the cabin with the track density mounts though.

My trans mount ended up being bad also. I recently did a video on changing it.
