@@HangingwJK I'll try anything that might help. I'm 300 lbs 55 5ft 9. Obese. I cut soda walk mile and half Mon wed Fri . Can't eat much cause I have multiple broken teeth. In pain daily from it. Bad knees . Yet people think I eat constantly. Well Im unemployed lost my home . I'm in motels I can't afford much longer . Be in street soon. They say stress releases cortisol so maybe that's why I'm fat. My Dad had huge belly too before he passed .

Super easy to make at home. Lots of recipes online and youtube. I make 2 quart jars from about 3 pounds wombok cabbage - enough for 3 people over 2-3 weeks depending how much you eat daily. Hoping a speedy recovery for you.
