  • Running is an easy way to get fit and get healthy. Running on hills or just walking up inclines will help to get your heart beating. These simple ways to boost your energy level and endurance levels are helpful at any age. For me, being fit over forty is the key. Hoping to give you some helpful ideas. If you're new to running or just looking for some additional ways to help boost your running performance, then try incorporating this into your workouts. Helpful for Couch to 5K runners, or regular training runs for anyone.
