How long does it take to charge from red to static green? I just bought mine and I feel like it's taking a quite a while.

Mine seems to take about 3-4 hours for a full charge. Hope yours is working well.

How to turn it on? The power button is confusing

That’s a great question. On this particular massage gun, there is a power button on the bottom handle of the massage gun that can be turned on or off. Once it’s in the on position the user can turn the dial on the main body of the massage gun and increase the power and speed.
