Some come with the crisper tray and some don’t. I think it depends on the model number.
If you try searching on Amazon for NINJA CRISPER PLATE, then you should be able to have some options to try out. Best of luck.

No not yet. I think all the beeps are standard and just the way this item was designed. 👍
Is there any rubber or plastic smell during and after use?
