hey man, what size vanford is that? any thoughts on a medium vs medium heavy st Croix for this type of fishing?
I’m using a 4000 in this vid but 3000 is good too. I picked up the MH legend inshore and love it but sometimes I have scenarios where I’d like the medium. Great rod but it feels stiff with too light of a lure.

Yes I don’t think the tides were very high that day. For some reason I feel like the tide tables on Windy has been slightly off. But this was in the back. Thanks for watching !

Good catch. Curious as to where you were. I fish the Big Flatbrook which is catch and release so I get the catch but not the cook. Have to leave the trout alone now that it's gotten hot. Have to wait until fall to go after them again.
