Just found you and subscribed today. I’m a fluke and tog guy as well, out of MA, fish mostly in RI. I also like to cook, not trained, just a good home cook. Really enjoy your videos, fun and informative. Good meals; I have a list of people that I rotate in sharing my catch. Sometimes do sashimi with fluke when fishing with Koreans; they always come prepared.
Inquiry: Do you make a thicker version for long pasta?
Inquiry: Unrelated to this episode, I haven’t seen you use any cast iron pans, even when frying? (except I might have spied a La Creusot Dutch Oven).
Inquiry: Have you heard of or tried aging your fish in the fridge?
Suggestion: spice it up with pepperoncini, jarred calabrese hot peppers, etc.
    : no mussels or finfish?
: I always make more liquid than I’ll serve so the flavored, leftover broth can go in the freezer
for a tasty, meal when someone unexpected comes over.

Awesome video, but I have 2 questions. 1) If you caught a keeper fluke how do you incorporate it in that dish? And 2) Do you have affiliate links or just links for the following?
-clam rake (because you made that look too easy)
    -clam measure tool
-container that keeps my car dry from gulp juice

Thank you very much for watching. The clam gauge I bought at a local tackle shop but you should be able to find one on Amazon. The container is a simple ziplock container.
And if I caught a keeper fluke I would have sliced it into pieces and incorporated it into the Cioppino.

this is the rake but because it is metal it has started to rust. I have another I use with a wooden handle. Still works good though.
