In this video I head out trout fishing on opening weekend in New Jersey. I got to the river early easter morning and caught a limit of trout. The crowds were in full force! I took my trout home and made a delicious trout Almondine recipe.

😂 throw that thing in the trash. lol. I want to say that a colder water trout tastes better but No guarantees. We got spoiled with the 80 degree temps last week!
