is this NJ? you're allowed to fillet a fish on the beach and then cook it there?

Yes this is NJ. I don’t know of any rule against it. Where I was I’m allowed to cook on the beach. Also I keep the carcass just in case I get stoped by fish and game. Thanks for watching.
