      Yes I agree. I think there are better teachers for super obese people than me. My specialty is stiff people over 50. Good luck

    Jackie, you have literally changed my life! Since starting (and continuing) to do your videos, my strength has improved, my memory has improved, and I feel so much better in myself. I take what I learn from you into every day. The Strong Body Young Brain course in particular has made a huge difference. As a patron, I get great benefits from the live class recordings you send through, too. When I started your videos, I found it extremely difficult to do shalabasana (is that how it’s spelt…?) with my arms in front - I can now hold for 30-60 seconds! You are a fabulous human! 😊

    I’d love to know why the body side starts paying up. I did too much yoga some months ago, ( not your videos) I got knee bursitis, started tennis, got tennis elbow. Shoulder and neck hurt, I’m like the tin man all of a sudden. I was exercising perhaps too much. Going to change to your videos. The fact you’ve got pelvic floor in here is really important to me, need to fix that too. I just don’t understand what’s going on, I’m 51!

      Consider some HRT as the significant drop in oestrogen is one factor. The injuries, aches and pains ( tin man feeling ) is unfortunately quite normal for over 50s. You just need the movement more to oil up. The right kind of movement - not too much, not too little. Keep moving and try to balance your strength and flexibility all around your joints. My teachings will definitely help with understanding what you need.
