  • Exercises after Hip Surgery.
    If you have had posterior or anterior hip replacement, or any other hip surgery then you must learn and practise these exercises in order to avoid a permanent limp in your future.
    They are simple, safe and progressive exercises that you can start within weeks post surgery. Start off slowly and gently, and over time build up to faster and stronger. It is possible to come back stronger than ever - if you commit to the exercises.
