    Thank you so much. I’m feeling mighty good, had to do the easier variations but I will work on that. I’m 68 and want to be strong and flexible. Body, mind and spirit

    I can hardly wait to try this new one. I have done several of your live classes and some of your more age specific routines. You are so much fun. “Elbows in hip pockets” is not often heard in my neck of the woods, SE US 😂❤.

    Jackie thank you for doing the video. This was indeed more useful than all the other ones I have done from other channels on Dr. Fishman's 12 poses and all the advice and instruction you give are priceless. You are the best teacher. I love all your videos and I do a different one every day. They have been so beneficial for my health and now for the recent osteoporosis diagnosis, which I am trying to not look at it as a disease but as a sign of aging, which is motivating me to do a bit more work on diet, movement and stress reduction to slow down the process.
