This was indeed more useful than all the other ones I have done from other channels on Dr. Fishman's 12 poses and all the advice and instruction you give are priceless. You are the best teacher. I love all your videos and I do a different one every day. They have been so beneficial for my health and now for the recent osteoporosis diagnosis, which I am trying to not look at it as a disease but as a sign of aging, which is motivating me to do a bit more work on diet, movement and stress reduction to slow down the process. Thank you. I am 77 year old woman with osteopenia. I love yoga and find this so helpful. Will be doing regularly.
