Thank you. This was awesome. I know I have to work on a couple of things like the headstand and boat but I was thrilled to realize that at 55 I can do the "above average" in most exercises. It just makes me more motivated to never stop doing this stuff. And yes I will become a Patreon because I love exercising with you and you are my go-to teacher every day. I have not been a Patreon for anything else, but this has become my daily exercise and a priority in my day. Thanks Jackie.

How can I work into being able to do the squat resting on heels you opened the video with without hurting my knees? I am only 52 and find getting up and down off the floor and sitting on the floor difficult. I have heard this sqaut in heels has been done centuries before women in fields etc and is very good to do daily.
