    Hi Jackie. Greetings from Utah. Another great video.I woke up sore and this was great. Can I offer a suggestion for a future video? At the beginning of the year, I started doing Dr. Fishmans 12 poses for osteoporosis just to keep my bones strong but 2 weeks ago I received the results of a Dexa scan and I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. But my doctor said since I am only 55 I can improve with diet, exercise, and oscillation. I already do all those things anyways so I am just paying more attention to targeting my yoga and my walking towards strengthening muscles and bones and increasing the number of days and amount of time that I do it in the week and tweaking my diet to add more minerals and a bit more protein. I am small built, 5.3 ft, 110 lbs, and I eat a whole foods diet, more vegetarian, more fish than meat. So I have been doing the 12 poses now almost every day following some other youtube teachers. My suggestion is: Would you consider doing a couple of videos with dr Fishmans 12 poses? One of the teachers I like to do it with on youtube is Trish from Tucson Divine Journey Yoga. Sorry for the long comment, but I thought I would just give you this idea for a new video. No pressure though.Thanks Jackie.

      Hi Carla. I have made a video for bone density, but will make another using Dr Fishman’s poses. I will include a few extra because I feel Dr Fishman’s 12 are not enough pressure on the bones. I’ve researched osteoporosis significantly as it’s so common in women as we age.
      Keep doing what you’re doing to slow the progression, yes - protein but not too much, plenty of tahini, balance activity with rest etc

      @@EssentialYoga15yearsyounger Hi Jackie. I just saw this reply from you after doing one of your strength videos. Thank you so much for your help. Okay, I will not go crazy on protein. I can't because I get satisfied with small portions and my diet is mostly whole food plant-based, Mediterranean style since I am from Portugal. I eat a bit of fish, a couple of pasture-raised eggs a week and once in awhile a little bit of high-quality meat. Yes, I have to work on the "rest "part of the equation. Thanks again. I look forward to do your version of the 12 poses and I agree that more pressure is necessary on the bones than just the 12 poses, from what I have
      researched. I will look at the link you sent.

      I am interested in bone building too, I like Dr Fishman’s poses but more poses would be great.

      The best exercises for bones is keep moving in different ways - yoga, Pilates, tennis, walking , dancing , body weight strength and conditioning exercises or lifting weights
      Mix it up, push your muscles to be sore the next day at least once per week
      All my strength videos are good
