NY dealer would NOT add "bmw conquest $1000 rebate" to the National Rebate on an i4xdrive40 - the offer is $489 + $4005 down 925 acq and dealer contribution of $3550 include $7500 and $1000 national rebate - "which CANNOT be combined with bmw loyalty", but it can be combined with "other offers" CONQUEST is not loyalty. they argued with me for 20 minutes, before just taking $1000 off the price. I gave them a print out of the ad from TV and their own website and they looked at it like they never say it before and as if it was written in a foreign language. (its 1 paragraph long). Its the same offer they had in Dec, and again in Jan. In addition , dealer claims NOT to have any of the $489 stock modes ($68,XXX well equipped/ with metallic paint) in stock and claims they won't pay the dealer contribution if they have to order it. Walked out. Got the 2025 Tesla 3 AWD it was $7,200 less over 3 year lease. No negotiations, has Air conditioned seats, heated steering wheel etc. - its not bmw - but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Love this channel i learned a lot and it helped me negotiate to within $30-$50 of what the monthly lease should have been - but i don't have Tommy's patience, even if they came down another $50, Telsa is so much less for longer range, access to super chargers better visibility, - Dealerships are their own worse enemy. if they were honest and didn't waste 1.5 hours of my time i would have gotten the car from them.

This is going to be model dependent. You are not going to see huge discounts on models like Grand Highlander, Sienna, or Land Cruiser. By the way, cheering huge discounts on new cars is not necessarily a good thing for the consumer. When new car prices are unstable, it destabilizes used car values even more. Your total cost to own could actually be higher in an unstable market.

Jan 2023 every dealer in South Carolina was 5-6k over sticker for a 23' Kia Sportage Hybrid SXP. It was the times. Even dealers out of state were several thousand over. I found a Pennsylvania dealer who assured me they will sell at MSRP with tax,title,fees (SC is a flat $500 tax). They said it would take 2 weeks to come in. I put a small deposit and waited. It ended up getting delayed over a month extra but when it was in I flew there, and I took a Tesla Uber (first time in a Tesla) 40 minutes to the dealer. They didn't play any games and I got it. Then drove 10 hours home through the beautiful mountains. If I flew up there and they played games I would have gone nuts! An FYI- I think LeaseHackr forum is the best place to find deals. Might have to fly somewhere or get your car transported, but I always get the best deals there.

Tomi the IRS is now taking tax returns H and R block is now giving advances on tax returns in other words tax time is here the "Spring Selling Season" will be in full swing in 2 to 4 weeks so Toyota is suppling the upcoming demand they will turn off the facet again in April at the latest when the return checks have been used up for down payments. Toyota said during covid the would never allow days supply to get out of hand again. They are lossing sales of mini vans to Honda they need to make more cars but in my opinion the extra cars we will see in 2 weeks are for tax time and they will tighten things up again. So yes in 14 days if you already have the money go and try and get a deal. However, if you are waiting for your tax return tax return you will pay inflated spring selling season prices.

This is mostly every dealership in NY. They’re foolish and more worried about getting you there to pressure you than actually selling a car. Like this isn’t my first time buying and even if I was in person I’m gonna negotiate the same.
