I still think you should make a "currently available" video. You could release it weekly and put chapters on for each house. I think you'd get loads of views and it would be a useful reminder for any older properties that haven't sold. Plus you've done all the work. Maybe trim the videos down a little. I think you'll get a lot more views as people will probably think a video from 6 months or a year isn't worth watching as it's likely sold

When you shred the wood it is called mulch, and wood mulch is very good for the micro organisms and the trees, and for retaining water in the soil. I think that it is an awesome farm. It is a perfect and a very practical setup, planted by local people who have real knowledge about farming with fruit trees. Nice flat land with a practical shape and with plenty water. Not a high fire risk. Not too remote and with easy access. The buildings are in good shape. The price might seem high to some, but there is a substantial amount of profit that you can make with this farm, so I think that the property is worth the price. I do wonder if all the farm equipment is included with the sale of the property because that wasn't really clear. As always thanks for sharing. 👍

Whats the point of all these beutiful properties in portugal if you cant build a home on them. Cant buy land and hope they approve a home later. Makes no sense. Not talking about this particular one, but most properties sold in portugal.
