Fabulous views and oodles of space and potential. For around 15k you couldn’t even buy a garage in many UK places. I cycled through the town last year and it was much drier than this.

That could become a charming little home, with just enough garden space for a patio and a few flower/veg beds. The views are stunning, a morning walk to the bakery would be a lovely way to start the day. Andre's tour was very good, and I especially enjoyed seeing the rustic chamber pot (high class ones still have their covers 😂)

Is the market for cherries pretty full or could it add on many more acres? Olives? More tree fruit - apples, pears, or citrus? What about veg / herb market gardening? I'd really love to see a regular series of interviews with farmers in your area. Just ideas for the future 🙏😊 My background and passion is small scale farming and direct marketing at farmers markets. And are there any lavender farms in your area? Either as production or just as agro-tourism?

I would instal a bath and join both the garage and the room next ot it and make it a kitchen diner. The first room at the entrance, I would paint the walls white. Not happy with the stone showing. Again this is my retirement home.

Really well presented again. Its like walking back into a more pleasant time with you too they way you embrace historical facts, plants and fauna with the modern world. Beautiful place too but unfortunately, time is not on my hands but I will be moving out there soon...

Is it only me? Or can I see the top of this hill/mountain; with all the surrounding villages, as a spectacular spot for a large, white monument. I had a dream about this place and have been fantasizing ever since. I mean, if the area’s villages, not just the one named in the video, if they all came together and raised monies to by this land, wouldn’t that be a wonderful way to promote tourism and share their cultures. Bring back the buildings in the mimosas forest to what they once were. A teaching community, showcasing traditional living. I researched and saw that mimosa trees were brought over from Australia. They then discovered how invasive it was. Still, there are many wonderful uses for this tree. It’s against the law now in Portugal to plant these trees, which makes it all the more special. You are right, Jospeh, it does remind me of a fairytail place. In my dream, there were goats and a few horses about. And the watermine Andre explored, was domed over with stone and a door, and the mine doubled for water, and a goat cheese keep. I remembered there were a few terraces with white bell tents/glamping sprinkled about (views to die for, I would imagine) and a white, snakelike- winding path leading up to the top, where a pair of huge, pure white hands ( think Jesus overlooking Rio de’ Janeiro) rise up from a stone base/building (museum?) and a level of black slating solar panels (catching light for power and night lighting.)The feminine hands represent mothers- Mother Earth/ Mother Mary and mother’s everywhere. They are raised to the heavens, a link between this world and the next. Anyway, I love this land and FYI, I wrote down what the name was for this statue/ mountain, place. Its was name, Santo, Santo, Santo. 🙏🏼 💚❤💛🤍💙 Good! Now I can let this go….. Keep it up, Joseph. Really enjoy your interaction with Andre… You balance each other beautiful.
