Hi there! I am Joseph.
I have been an immigrant / expat living in central Portugal along with my beautiful partner Mariana for eight years now.
Together Mariana and I, would like to show you a bit of the daily goings on around our Portuguese farm / homestead / smallholding and all of the work we are doing whilst renovating, starting building projects, working with our livestock, DIY and trying to grow our little families own food!

I love all Andre's stories about the plants, the way the old people lived and did etc. Please don't cut him short on his great train of thought and about what he is telling us. I invest in property in the uk, i really like the idea of a project over there. Can i ask are materials easy to get hold off over there?. And how much would a local charge to clear the land ?

Hi there, yes, materials are very easy to get, we can show you where / who supply this etc. Rough price for land clearance is €10 per hour, depending on the work, some things are €16ph

It's in the description. At least now that i watch the video. This property is 1,3 hectare. In acre's that is 3 acre's i believe.

Under 2,000 is not common, I did advertise one at 2,500 euros just the other week
