I feel like Jirard's completion rating is a bit ineffective, because the conclusion was that a regular completion run is fun, but not the true 100% with tbe score card thing. Me I would call that a "Complete it", but getting the entire score card would be a "Complete it plus" Same when games have dumb, unnecessary achievements. Getting everything in the game = "Complete it". Getting everything + all achievements: "Complete it plus" Just seems that it's hard to go overboard with the criteria and then admitting that a regular completion run would've been worth it instead.
Golf is a pretty weak sport regardless of the medium. I'm with you on this Jirard. However, I will say mini-golf putting courses are a fun time with friends, especially if you don't care about the score and do it for the experience.
MiniGolf is dope and I with there was more. Actual Golf I never played, but I always thought it looked fun. I just never understood why it is so often strictly considered for "rich" people. Idk, I normally see it as associated with "upity" attitudes, like hitting a ball with a stick into a hole is fancy. Seems more like a game for the masses, more so than other sports.
I feel this game and the switch Mario golf game complement each other. Different golf courses which are fun and relaxing and I go back and forth. Although I think my favorite Mario Golf is the 3ds game.
As an owner of all Mario golf game games. This and world tour are better golf games than the newest one. Something about this game and the mechanics are top notch. They had good modes and extras. I played this game soooooo much as an early teen. Still have it in perfect condition. This was my baby!!
I had fun with Super rush but it is dissapointing how bare bones that game is compared to toadstool tour. we literally only have 3 animations per character, under par, over par and par. there is no unique winning or loosing animations and there is no tournaments also the levels, tho pretty are not unique to the mushroom kingdom. if only this level of polish went into Super Rush
In this case, not even Mario could interest me in a golf game. Toadstool Tour is one of the game rentals that I regretted almost immediately. We also owned the Game Boy version of Mario Golf, but it was my brother who actually made progress in its adventure mode.

You are probably the only person I know that is determined to 100% a sports game
Please tell me you eventually found out that the marker on the golf ball before you hit your shot needs you to position your control stick to actually further control how your ball flies.
Getting everything + all achievements: "Complete it plus"
Just seems that it's hard to go overboard with the criteria and then admitting that a regular completion run would've been worth it instead.
Jirard is a one of a kind youtube presenter and certainly a breath of fresh air. Great content dude
Golf is a pretty weak sport regardless of the medium. I'm with you on this Jirard.
However, I will say mini-golf putting courses are a fun time with friends, especially if you don't care about the score and do it for the experience.
"Flying through rings" only reminds me of Superman 64 😐
MiniGolf is dope and I with there was more. Actual Golf I never played, but I always thought it looked fun. I just never understood why it is so often strictly considered for "rich" people. Idk, I normally see it as associated with "upity" attitudes, like hitting a ball with a stick into a hole is fancy. Seems more like a game for the masses, more so than other sports.
I feel this game and the switch Mario golf game complement each other. Different golf courses which are fun and relaxing and I go back and forth. Although I think my favorite Mario Golf is the 3ds game.
Plays game to utter completion. Never realizes he needs to adjust controller during swing to curve the shot.
Rofl that is devastating
As an owner of all Mario golf game games. This and world tour are better golf games than the newest one. Something about this game and the mechanics are top notch. They had good modes and extras. I played this game soooooo much as an early teen. Still have it in perfect condition. This was my baby!!
Advice for Completionists: Play the PAL version. Max Difficulty is unlocked by beating Bowser's Character Match.
No one gonna acknowledge that the "Nice shot" text is in the Sonic font?
This video just makes me more sad that Super Rush kinda,,,sucks and is just not as good as Toadstool Tour is
In this case, not even Mario could interest me in a golf game. Toadstool Tour is one of the game rentals that I regretted almost immediately.
We also owned the Game Boy version of Mario Golf, but it was my brother who actually made progress in its adventure mode.
20:30 "How much wind will affect your shot", proceeds to show a clip that has 0mph wind lmao.
Hi
Congrats you are First but don't edit this comment or reply First

Should we tell him that he needs to do character match on Ace difficulty?
Idk you will do this but hello mister completionist i was wandering you could review the resistance series from the ps3 era it was one of favorite if not that ok to
Starts off with the Netherlands and me being Dutch confused and tempted to respond with “gekoloniseerd”
Jirard should do picnic panic dlc of "The messenger"
well jirard isn't gonna have a fun time with new game plus+ and 'THE DEAL'.
Please do devil may cry 3 it’s the 20th anniversary of the series and starting the prequel of series seems like a good spot to start
Hot Shot Golf (later renamed as the name "Everybody's Golf") was the shit. The only game I could school my dad at. Some fond memories.
hahaha sounds like you were truly tortured this time, good game but DAMN
Hey Jirard, THIS game or Crash 4?
That new completionist into is incredibly bad ass!! I love it and gets my hype, snd its no wonder part of the arrangement for it is from Grant kirkhope! AMAZING job jirard the finishist lol
