This series has seriously changed my life. It’s taken me over a month to get to day 17, and this was the day I knew I still have lots more to go. It was hard and I had to pause a number of times, but I can’t wait to finish this series and go back to day one to do it all over again. I feel so much less achey in my day to day, and combining it with yoga on my off days has drastically improved my posture and general comfort in my own skin. Thank you so much for everything you’ve given us.
Hi...Your Pilates classes are just so engaging.....Sometimes i feel jealous coz i am not able to move as comfortably as you do.. Your exercise sessions so inspire me.........and the last thing is that you are simply very beautiful.................
I'm loving the series. I have a hard time with discipline and actually sticking with things even when I really enjoy them. You've made these 18 days so far really easy to follow and I truly feel I'm a lot more aware of my body even when I'm not doing a workout. Day 18 has been the most challenging but I want to look back one day and remember where I started and how much I have improved in 18 days, it only means I will keep improving.
Lottie, this was so amazing. I’m glad you mentioned the bit about being more aware and connected to your body, throughout doing this series I feel like I’ve built a stronger awareness of my body and what it’s capable of! Thank you 💛

And yes, it’s a good thing that you know and pickup on the likely mistakes we make, and the fact that you correct them just in time. The finisher (zuma?j was though but I will try it again next time and check in. Nice!

I’ve been loving this challenge... but I was disappointed that this one was a yoga-inspired routine. Part of the reason I specifically do Pilates is because I don’t want to do yoga. Rather than doing this day, I went back and repeated day 12 Stretch and Strengthen.
That's okay Colleen, this routine is still very different to yoga and you'll get a nice mix of flow and Pilates exercises too but completely great that you repeated day 12 as an alternative. I just wanted to keep things fun and interesting. Day 19 tomorrow is a development from day 12 so hope you enjoy that x
I enjoyed this video but the lighting is not good. You are in shadow for most of it and hard to see you and the movements. You need light in front of you. It seems to correct at the end. Also, if you're doing yoga, the correct term for the "downward stretch" is downward facing dog.
