Some injuries have kept me from doing many types of workouts, but I feel that your routines are genuinely making me stronger while not hurting me. :)

I am getting better at this now. The hip balance was difficult to maintain, but gradually realised that there’s no short cut to it. The balance is important as it stops the strain in the lower back. That’s where I went wrong. Cool.
I love this workout! I’ve been doing it once a week for a few months and can tell I’ve built on my strength so much. The first few times I could only manage one circuit, then I managed two but couldn’t lift my hips up or do a full set of mountain climbers. Now I can easily do it all and it feels so good to see progress! Thank you Lottie :)

Loving your Xmas series.... sometimes do one if I am pushed for time and other days I will combine 2-3 of your sessions for a longer workout. Brilliant! Many thanks Lottie. 🙂🥰
A space forms between my butt and my back when I lie down, sometimes it's difficult to workout cause I have to force my back to touch the mat but I just can't do what you say cause either I follow you or leave the hole... what can I do? 😟 ps I live your trainings thank you so much ❤
The tricep work felt a bit awkward for me - I suppose that’s common with the first time one of something. I wasn’t sure if my arms or my body were taking the weight, but my arms definitely feel worked afterwards so I guess I did manage to get my arms to take some weight. Loving this series although I did take a break for a couple days during my woman’s cycle - do you also take a rest on those days?
Thanks Tracy, I definitely have more cosy days on those days and listen to whether my body wants to just curl up on the sofa or do some gentle movement. Usually the gentle movement helps and hopefully theres a few videos on the channel that would be suitable for that. Lots of love x
