Jake I am a Karate black belt and I do a lot warm up exercises including Indian yoga postures. I am quite impressed by your skills and sequential representation. carry on brother.

Jake, you are such an inspiration for me. I studied karate for about three years, and was about 6 months away from obtaining a black belt rank before my dad's job changed, and I moved about 18 hours away. I couldn't find a dojo like mine so I got depressed that I couldn't continue, and quit. Now, three years later, your videos inspired me to get back into martial arts, and I'm studying the Vietnamese style Cuong Nhu
Push-ups, pull-ups, squats, leg raises, bridges, …I love it!

it's called elbow lever and its easy actually! it's mainly more balance demanding exercise than a strength demanding exercise

Last year(15 years old) it was my goal to do number 12(planche) but now(i am 16 years old) i can do it now i can do 100 push ups in a row 8 muscle ups 23 pull ups and much more things never give up just practise a lot
1 through 11 made me feel like i want to get up and start doing them
and then i was like why do i hear boss music? and 12 popped up

From This exercise we can understand that "kunk fu"came from yoga.
Ya, but more like Yoga you can say Kalaripayattu. Bodhi Dharma came to India to learn these things as the monks there were weak physically,and in spirituality and then he introduced Shaolin Kung Fu.
Even the Indian classical dances make you physically strong. I am a former Bharatnatyam learner( I practiced for 4 years and left it incomplete;) but now when I started exercising I found I have already similar things in Dance. Like the curtsey lunges, sumo squats these are all included. That's why we sweat like hell in doing classical dances. So yeah, our ancient practices had all these significant things
