I started doing Goju Ryu Karate, i remember doing this everyday at dojo, but then i started boxing, then kickboxing and brazilian jiujitsu, actually i do MMA and i apreciate karate so much because it helped me to discover my motivation, the hand to hand fights.

I recently met a mew student who has been doing Korean and some Okinawan martial arts in Korea. He is giving me the inspiration to add some of these forms into my daily Tai Chi practice. Next up, I need to pick a couple of shoulder height, dantian, and low forms to practice.
