Day 4 of working out with Master Lei and I can say I made it through without stopping and day one I almost died. Yesterday at 8pm right about the time my body starts crashing, I felt so much energy and lightness on my feet that I had to thank Master Lei for getting me back on track. I can't kick higher than my chest height but it doesn't matter. I bow to you again Master Lei thank you for your service.

I have a few years in shoalindo kungfu karate and I've always wondered just how to make a karate workout routine and stick with it, but I think understanding the fluidity of your movements and keeping your flexibility juiced up is a bigger part of it

This was interesting, thank you. It’s really amazing to feel the dynamic of two men interacting with such heart based energy. So incredibly powerful 🌟I haven’t quite decided what to do on the 22nd as it’s my birthday but I may join you! In recent years I’ve felt very vulnerable on this day (like a little sprouting seed coming out of the dark and into the light) but this year I just feel the need to truly celebrate this on a very personal level. To celebrate being born. I haven’t felt self love like that for such a long time. X

Fair enough not stopping completely,, treat that shoulder as if you are defending it,, don't over stretch the areas of the shoulder , though just enough to know that it could crack or move if you exert more pressure, achieving this difficult release of energy will strengthen the areas around the injury and other parts of your body,, you should also maybe straight away or after a bit of time learn and adapt from those movements..

It's all about repetition and sticking with the routine. Self-discipline is the backbone of achieving happiness. If you lean off the path, you go back downhill

I watch this every morning so I don't have to workout. I think I'm getting stronger. The first time I saw this it made me exhausted just to watch it. I've watched it about 20 times now and I feel much less tired by the end.

....respect to the Master....we should all have our own workout routine too....i have mine and i am 70.....i workout 4 times a week and i usually put in 1 hour of continuous work/effort (Gong=Kung) in my weekly training sessions at a local park....
