I'll work on those jump squats, but otherwise happy to say I can follow along without problems. Not bad at age 50. I'll get back to the routine regularly to polish it up. Thanks for posting 🙂🙏

Please watch some fitness videos, because in between they have like a 10 second preparation for the next move, and that is something that you are missing in the video and I want to catch up with those 10 minutes, but because I am a beginner I want to have the time to learn what you are doing.
