  • Do this 15 minute yoga class to help you feel your best mentally and physically throughout the day. This morning routine offers various stretches, poses and movements to help support you in improving energy, focus and to release tension.

    i wasn't able to do this first thing this morning. it is now 8pm where i am and it was such a nice way to end my evening. i wasn't going to miss it!! been so nice to slow down for the month of december to bring on a fresh new year. thank you for these. ❤
