This really got my abs firing! Loved it! I used to be so daunted by follow along workouts with trainers but you make them so friendly and enjoyable! Thank you for all the content, also your sculpt guide has been a lifesaver during lockdown!
Like always, I love that you talk to us while we workout, it makes it go by so much faster! On the second round, I swapped the knee to elbow crunch with a regular leg lift because my neck was hurting really badly. I really like the leg lift twist! Those are kind of fun! Thank you for making these to help us stay inside and healthy :)

I think this is my favourite one so far! A really great mix of exercises and at the perfect level of difficult but not defeating! (I saved this months ago and I'm so glad I remembered to come back and complete it.)
This was sooo good. It's the most challenging abs workout I've done lately, yet I loved every second of it. Those extended crunches really burn. Also, the twisted leg lowers are absolutely amazing. I'm looking forward to the next workout already!

My absolute favourite ab workout. Often I don’t feel abs I just get tired instead and don’t get any ab burn or it gets to my neck or sometimes lower back but this workout every single exercise gets me good! Love your workouts and your genuine comments and your ‘marts’ lol. My favourite workout instructor by far 🙌🏼 More please!

No strain on neck and completely isolate the abs 👌🏼my favourites were the frog crunches, lower bicycles and extended crunch because I could really feel the burn! 🔥Wasn’t too keen on the leg lowers though as I didn’t feel them working but still a great workout ❤️❤️

Okay, I basically train my abs a loooot. But honestly.. This one was so tough. Even for an advanced. LOVED IT! Please give us more of these workouts.

Omg this is a killer one. I can feel my abs on fire. I love it keep it up.
The leg raise twists took a few goes to master, but feel really effective now I've got the movement. C sit ups are always my fave. I also have a squeaky, uh-hm, mat but if you sprinkle a little talc on it first you'll be surprised at the difference it makes, even once you get sweaty 👍🏼

Loved the twisted leg raises! I have scoliosis so a lot of oblique stuff ends up not working my abs evenly/straining my back, so I end up having to do a lot of substitutions or feel a bit shit when I know the exercise is uneven... but this exercise was perfect for working my obliques evenly! Zanna I was wondering if you could do a video teaching us on how to breath during exercises. For instance when to breathe wen performing a movement. I feel this will improve my performance so much if I had the correct breathing techniques. Thanks again, I love your videos

I hated every minute of this workout. Zanna I underestimated how much I would feel every movement until I attempted this workout 😂 I am so sorry and will never underestimate u again.
I added an extra set and am hopping to see ab definition tomorrow morning 😉
