If your neck is hurting you're doing it wrong. You've got to really use your abdominal muscles to control your movements not your neck. If your just using your neck to lift your head, your abs won't get any bigger or better. You've got to use your abdominal muscles to lift you're entire upper body. Not using your neck. Don't worry, my neck hurt when i started too but I eventually learned the proper form and you will too one day. Now when I do these workouts my abs hurt a lot more and my neck hurts a lot less. Which means I've improved on my form.

@@isabellanariah5156 dont worry ! feeling sore doesnt mean the workout was good, its just that you didnt warm up and stretch before, AND warm down and stretch afterwards. the pain is caused by a build up of lactic acid in your muscles, caused by finishing the workout without giving your body enough time to recover. its not indicative of how effective the workout is :)

Male here, always considered my abs to be pretty strong. Saw Pamela and was like "pffft it's just a girly abs workout". Boy, was I wrong. Started struggling within the first 4min. PAMELA, YOU THE GIRL! Put me in my place.
Mate I was in exactly your frame of mind 7 months ago when my daughter introduced me to her daily Pam workouts. 7 months later I have never been in such good shape and these workout plans that my daughter gets from insta, 20 minute HIIT and jump rope I now have definition and visible abs for the first time in my life. Pam you a legend mate!
i already have abs and i’ve been doing many different work out to main tain them. this one was perfect for when you wanna do something everyday quickly before school or work or whatever. I can do it on the first day with Pamela but that’s because hard work pays of. Everyone here motivates me and u just want to tell everyone that you can reach your dreams not only to prove to other people that you can but to prove yourself wrong 🤍 never give up, I promise it’s worth it. You get one life, one choice to make a goal you want to achieve and succeed ❤️ we’re all in it together!

Okay guys, if you're reading comment section just to see if it is working: YES, IT IS. I've been doing this workout since the moment she posted it (for like a month) and yes, I have a sixpack right now. But before I was already slim, and now I can see segments. Keep working
Honestly I prefer ethier Pam or Bailey Brown. With the Chloe ones I couldn't stand the constant up and down. Like 2 exercises on the mat, and then immediately hop up within 5 seconds to like mountain climbers. Always made me feel so defeated.. wasn't a fan
This workout definitely left me sweating. I still can't do this workout the whole time without stopping. I do take breaks. But I keep going and I get it done. Thanks Pamela for making me break a sweat and get me that burn I am looking for 🔥
For everyone who want to know how effective it is 1. I started her workouts two months ago. Before I used to follow Emi Wong. But then her workouts weren't that effective so I started looking for something new. Pam's workouts seemed like hell😓 for me in the beginning . But slowly everything got in pace. 2. I couldn't do side plank lifts at all . Couldn't even lift myself. ( not at all because I was fat) now I can hold it for a long time. 3. My core has become very strong. I can do 200 crunches at a stretch Pam's first half of every workout is tougher , and it gets easier as time passes. At last PATIENCE!!! Thanks a lot !!! Pam !!! I get a number of compliments for a body 🤗 Anyone looking for a perfect workout can opt for Pam's schedule. Trust me its amazing

This is by far the best workout for ABS ever, I have a tummy that months ago I considered impossible just because my body “wasn’t built like that”. LADIES DO IT THREE DAYS A WEEK AND YOU WILL SEE
Guys, when I was pregnant with my son (I was working out before too) I kept doing her work outs, and when I needed to would go back to beginner once I got further along. She is the best. All her work outs work with everyone at whatever level you are at. I now continue to do her work outs everyday (for the most part, been slacking a bit) and I got a 4 pack because of them before pregnancy and last month I finally am able to see my abs again when I flex. And this is 7 months post pregnancy. ANYTHING is possible, keep working hard it pays off in the end
Good luck you can do itttttt I believe in you we are all a team here and we can all do it we are going to look back and be so thankful for all this hard work we are putting in I love you 💕💕💕
"but it gets easier as soon the planks start" well, anyone else here who just hates mountain climbers? whenever I see it is the next exercise, a little part inside me dies...
For those who have their necks hurt after doing these, just sharing some tips I’ve learnt as I workout more. I used to be like y’all, after doing “abs exercise”, I felt like it’s “neck exercise “ instead. Try this: keep your chin down, instead of bending your head up(using neck), focus on using your core/stomach muscles to push yourself up. Breathe out when you’re doing the active movement (eg. Lifting leg) Hope this helps! 😇 Also, as you lose more body fats in overall, you’ll start seeing your packs! No joke! But workout your entire body instead of just focusing on one abs exercise! Good luck everyone
Make sure your arms are directly under your shoulders, your entire core is engaged as well as your glutes. Meaning your core and glutes should be tight, to help hold your body weight. A lot of people may think they are doing planks but they are not doing planks properly which can lead to shoulder injuries and it really defeats the purpose of building your 6 pack.
I’ve been doing at least 10 Pamela rief exercises a week for nearly a year now and I finally managed to do this video without any breaks at all. Thank you for your uploads Pam

Does anyone else find Pams workouts really hard and then never feel sore afterwards?
Me! I thought I was weird…
@@isabellanariah5156 how many days should I do
Malak Amr I’d say try 7 with one break
@@isabellanariah5156 dont worry ! feeling sore doesnt mean the workout was good, its just that you didnt warm up and stretch before, AND warm down and stretch afterwards. the pain is caused by a build up of lactic acid in your muscles, caused by finishing the workout without giving your body enough time to recover.
its not indicative of how effective the workout is :)
Yessss
You have a typo, you wrote "Mountain Climbers" but it's supposed to be "30s break"

Lol
True story
Ahahahah true
My abs: *Ready!*

When I did this for the first time back in May, I started crying halfway through and felt like I couldn't finish it. I haven't done it since then until today and now I was able to finish it without any breaks and it didn't feel long at all!
so its been 5 days and i have started noticing definations in my upper abs
this workout is rlly great.
i think that instead of posting relatable comments here we should post our results so that people who are think of starting this workout get the idea
How long did it take for you to see the results?
100% agree
Same for me. Jeff Cavliere's ab workouts are a walk in the park in contrast to this one

i already have abs and i’ve been doing many different work out to main tain them. this one was perfect for when you wanna do something everyday quickly before school or work or whatever. I can do it on the first day with Pamela but that’s because hard work pays of. Everyone here motivates me and u just want to tell everyone that you can reach your dreams not only to prove to other people that you can but to prove yourself wrong 🤍 never give up, I promise it’s worth it.

@@jenniferblack4935 I like all of them but i pamela’s videos always make my neck wanna die
This workout definitely left me sweating. I still can't do this workout the whole time without stopping. I do take breaks. But I keep going and I get it done. Thanks Pamela for making me break a sweat and get me that burn I am looking for 🔥
For everyone who want to know how effective it is
I can do 200 crunches at a stretch
Pam's first half of every workout is tougher , and it gets easier as time passes.
At last PATIENCE!!!
Thanks a lot !!! Pam !!!
I get a number of compliments for a body 🤗
Anyone looking for a perfect workout can opt for Pam's schedule. Trust me its amazing
Where can I find her schedule?

I love how she changed jack knife to “Pam knife” ❤️
Guys, when I was pregnant with my son (I was working out before too) I kept doing her work outs, and when I needed to would go back to beginner once I got further along. She is the best. All her work outs work with everyone at whatever level you are at. I now continue to do her work outs everyday (for the most part, been slacking a bit) and I got a 4 pack because of them before pregnancy and last month I finally am able to see my abs again when I flex. And this is 7 months post pregnancy. ANYTHING is possible, keep working hard it pays off in the end
I don't know how she does it but I'm always exhausted with Pam ❤😂

For those who have their necks hurt after doing these, just sharing some tips I’ve learnt as I workout more. I used to be like y’all, after doing “abs exercise”, I felt like it’s “neck exercise “ instead.
Try this: keep your chin down, instead of bending your head up(using neck), focus on using your core/stomach muscles to push yourself up. Breathe out when you’re doing the active movement (eg. Lifting leg)
Hope this helps! 😇
Also, as you lose more body fats in overall, you’ll start seeing your packs! No joke! But workout your entire body instead of just focusing on one abs exercise!
Good luck everyone
The hardest ab workout I have ever done ever, and I’ve been doing UA-cam workout videos for years. Good job!
agreed it was a good one!
idk how to feel when the planks hurt my arms more than my abs
try slightly bending your back, like you're trying to do a cat cow pose, that's when I definitely feel my abs more. Hope this helps!
yessss samee
Make sure your arms are directly under your shoulders, your entire core is engaged as well as your glutes. Meaning your core and glutes should be tight, to help hold your body weight. A lot of people may think they are doing planks but they are not doing planks properly which can lead to shoulder injuries and it really defeats the purpose of building your 6 pack.
@@lucija7923 ahh I see
