Me again!!! Just did this one week later and it's still a killa! Did it right after a heavy glutes + abs workout and gosh are my legs burning! Sweat is a drippin' !!!!
I haven't done a hiit workout in such a LONG time (like probably 2 years or more) but this 4 week isolation has got my body craving high impact stuff and I just thought f**k it lets do it and I'm so glad I did! I loved you're commentary through-out like "come on guys we're building resilience, moving our bodies, using our bodies, building strength" etc! it helped motivate me SO MUCH. I'm also sweating like a boss.THANK YOU! More real time full body hiit work outs would be amazing!! xxx

That was just what I needed for a break when working from home sitting at my dining room table all morning! Hi Zanna, loving your full time workouts! If I may, it would be lovely (albeit less so for you ;)) if you could show the next exercise during the 20 sec rest period preceding it.
I'm not always familiar with all the exercise names you give in advance (hop scotch squat anyone?) and having to watch to understand (without doing the exercise) for the first 5/10 seconds of the round is a little frustrating ^^
You did it for some exercises (much appreciated!), would be great if you could do it for all of them going forward.
Or maybe it's just me, in which case please disregard my comment!

I actually meant "live" demonstrating (as opposed to editing in) the upcoming exercise during the 20 seconds rest, while the rest of us mere mortals are taking a breather.
You did it for most exercises (again, thank you!) but I really missed it on those where you didn't (call me spoiled ;)).
I do realise this is harder when you're putting together intense circuits and you also need a breather ;) It was more of a "nice to have if/when possible".

Hey Zanna! Thank you for the exercises. I really struggled with the reverse burpee jump. Is there other exercises I could do to strengthen myself to be able to do it. Or should I just keep practicing? Thanks :)
