    Thank you Zanna for all your workouts! Since February I include your workout videos in my morning routine and I especially looove the core exercises. You seem so relatable and fun, so the videos are never mechanical or boring. What I would wish for are workouts focussing on the inner and outer thighs, one for biceps, chest and back and a short warm up sequence. Maybe Santa comes early this year..? :) All the best!

    That was tough. Love the no repeat workouts as I don't get bored. Just completed this as a finisher after one of your full body. I'm slowly getting into working out regularly and loving all your workouts. Loosely following the sculpt guide and starting couch to 5k tomorrow. Your workouts really keep me motivated. My goal is to loose a little weight and tone up, and just generally improve my fitness. Thanks Hanna. Keep up the good work. X

    I follow all your other content but haven't done one of your workouts before! Just added this as a finisher to a workout and it was the perfect mix of different exercises (not the same old same old) and challenging without being impossible! Thanks!

    Did this before my run, and it was not a good idea, every time I moved my arms when I was running my abs were like noooooooo. Killer workout, exactly what a needed. Btw I don't know if you know this, my your energy and little encouraging bits during the workout is soooo motivating for me.

    Zanna, I loved this! This is your most difficult 10 minute ab workout so far. I loved the new exercises, for instance the low to high sit-up. This was fun, and challenging. I hated doing abs till I started doing them with you, you make workouts so much fun, I love you and your upbeat attitude, and I love that you are vegan. Request, will you do an ab workout that includes stuff for lower back, like super-mans? Also, will you do a video with stomach vacuums? Both would be AWESOME! I've been adding that stuff into your workouts, but it would be nice if they were included. Much love! 💚

    Please can you make a video about how to avoid neck pain during crunches? I feel like I must be doing it wrong.

      Kat the best trick i've found so far is to stick your tongue on the roof of your mouth while doing the exercices. Seems weird but works for me :)

      support your neck with your hands and look upwards, towards ceiling, focus on your abs to crunch and not pushing in with your neck try and i hope that helps
