I first did this exercise when I was in grade 9, I couldn't even lift my leg up, it was so hard for me to keep pace with her. But now, I can do it, I'm now a sophomore, it was a really hard journey, I gave up so many times but I'm happy because now I'm still in there, I can finish most of her exercises and have a healthy and happy life. Yayyy

I do all of Chloe’s ab workouts. I tried this one today for the first time and it was super challenging - which means it is great! Loved this workout and I feel so good after completing it!

I was following the 28 Day Flat Tummy Challenge for about 22 days and then stopped following the calendar and began just selecting 2-4 Chloe videos each day and doing those rather than following the schedule. Sooo I can't say exactly what day I'm on, but I've been working out regularly for about 6 weeks now and the difference in my strength is so amazing. I took yesterday off and I ALWAYS feel stronger after a rest day. This video was so challenging at first and now it's totally do-able.
Plank jacks? No problem!
Bunny hops? Easy peasy! (well, they're actually still hard lol but much LESS difficult than they were at first)
If you started, just keep going! Even if you're tired, even if it's tough, keep pushing! You will see AND feel a huge difference in your body and your ability if you stay consistent

Guys, I'm on day 16 of the 28 day flat tummy challenge. This whole pandemic has really been an eye opener for me though. I'm seeing amazing results and not just my appearance, but also my mentality. I started doing this for others. My crush, my friends, family, and anyone else who I was scared would judge me because I "wasnt skinny enough" but now things have changed. I'm going to do this for myself, and only myself. Of course I like seeing those numbers on the scale drop, but not more than I love the feeling of strength and confidence. Do this for YOU and ONLY YOU. Who cares what anyone else says? You shouldn't be doing this to look like the Instagram models, you should be doing this to become a healthier and happier person. I wanted to say thank you very much I finally was able to complete this Hollyn ab work out it took about 2 1/2 weeks for me to be able to do the full duration of the work out it’s pretty awesome that happens because you can feel that is due to the progress of your total abdominal muscles it’s a different kind of feeling. I'm going on 6 months with your workouts. It's helped me almost completely eradicate my chronic pain from scoliosis, 2 prolapsed, and a torn pelvic floor muscle (yay childbirth!). I feel so confident and strong at 36yo! Love you!

Today is day 18 of the slim thigh challenge and when I stared I had such a hard time doing anything plank related (cause of the abdominal hysterectomy from over 2 years ago) Now I can do all the planks exercises!!! My lower abs are getting strong once more!!! Still hate reverse crunches though, lol. I'm so happy to see so much improvement after sooooooooooo long! Thanks Chloe!

Day 2 Slim Thigh Challenge is DONE (just the cool down to go) - and man did I struggle with this video! After the Standing Abs video I was already feeling my thighs and in this video I had to modify pretty much every move after the halfway point. I figured I just keep my body moving in some way and one day I’d have the muscle strength to do the non-variation move. I was feeling sore after yesterday’s workout but I was happy to see that it didn’t limit my movement like I thought it would. I feel drained and sweaty but also proud of myself for showing up for myself and doing these workouts ❤
