I've done a bunch of your videos, and this is definitely a favorite. I have to remember to always keep my abs engaged , it makes a huge difference. It can be easy to let arms, legs and momentum, take over. This more slow and controlled video burns. Thanks
I had stopped doing abs for about 1.5 years now. Like, the amount of core work was... none. Yes core was engaged in weight lifting but doing abs and core was a no no for me. Because all those core and abs workout had me feeling super exhausted and frustrated. But this and other abs you posted are so amazing... i am finally back to training abs!

I am coming from calesthenics before my biceps tendon. Now 2 years after i can do around 6x30 different kind of pullups again for example in L-position or muscle ups. I triedher 10min itense Abs workout and it is still hard also for me. After 7 or 8 minutes i am done. This is really impressive!

I hate the non-stop. I had to stop after each exercise to give myself the 10 sec rest breaks I need. I love her workouts but wish she would add these breaks in like MadFit and FitbyMik. I would definitely watch her work outs more.
