I love your ab workouts but I like it more with a 10 second break
Same. You could try doing 60 seconds of the exercises then incorporate a 10 second break. Or 3 or 4 exercises then a 10-15 second break so you’re not dying half way through like I was 😂

First thing what you need to do is to change the name -the gains is working against you . Just then you will feel better .(That was a trap -get away of it you will feel much lighter,and it will work for you and not against you )
