I think I saw this and thought “oh, slow flow! That’ll be chill.” It was not chill 😂. But I feel awesome!
thank goodness you have a soft and calm voice because at about 35" my mind wanted to stop but you kept me going. it was worth it! I added some more cool down postures at the end too.
