100% agree!! Plus we're not too worried about getting battle scars after the trails, so it's a win win. However, I do want a Rubicon in the future haha
I've have a Jeep WJ with quadra drive 4.7L Limited and it's all stock from the factory. It's such low miles well kinda 140k. She runs amazing put 10k on it since I've owned it and been watching so many build videos and this one deff makes me wanna spend money and soup it uppp! great video subscribed
Really enjoy your videos especially since I'm also in the PNW and have a '02 WJ (Overland trim) modified for Overlanding with a few of the same upgrades you've done. Hopefully will cross paths someday on the trails
I have the same Jeep as you but the 2002 Limited White. I've got through a transmission at 155k and a new engine at 157k. New heater core, water pump, reran water lines, AC Line Mod, Subs, Speakers, Tweeters, bigger rims. I can't wait to get more outside mods like what you have, makes it look amazing! Great job.
That's a lot of work to change the tranny and engine, at least you now have basically a new rig! These Jeeps are fun to upgrade, so many cool parts out there, as long as you got them deep pockets hah.. good luck on the rest of your build, have fun with it!
@@epicpnwadventures this was my first vehicle at 15 years old. Worked my ass off to get it fixed, put everything in myself with my grandpa at his shop so it only ran me somewhere around 8-10k for engine/tranny and that's mainly because the HO 4.7L is a hard one to find. Thank you for the support though, I will definitely continue to upgrade :)
that's really nice. i went to my friend/mechanic and said i wanted to do a wj build and he talked me into a zr2 instead. i'm happy with the zr2 very much especially since i have it lifted and regeared. i have 255/80r17 falken wildpeak at3w for the daily (which you might like) and a set of super swamper 34x10/17 on a second set of oem wheels. which you would also love. i still want to do a wj build with the tcase swap like you did. keep it going.
I love your wj man! Looknintonthe RC long arm upgrade plus it comes with adjustable swaybars with quick disconnect! I paid 1200 for it well worth the money!
Hey I love your vids!!! I'm also building a 01 4.7 WJ and just bought the 242 replacing the 247, does it bolt right up or do you have to switch anything other than front yoke for front driveline? Thanks and keep up the great vids.
Had to cut a lot in the front, probably a few inches worth.. In the rear, I had to cut about 1.5 inches all the way around. 33-inch tires are a little too big for a 4-inch lift, but overall, I'm satisfied with the setup.
You can find the driveshaft easily at the junk yard for like $50, as for the Yokes I had to buy them on ebay since the junk yard didn't allow to remove the yoke from the transfer case and the front axle.

White Wj 🙌 always hits different
5k in upgrades is way cheaper then a 50K JKU :) Sliders are a must have! Love the channel!

Very nice jeep and explanation. My plan is will get a WJ soon.
Great video! Just getting started on my 03 wj, helps out a ton watching these!
Yup thanks!
I just picked up a 99 WJ Limited can’t wait to start the project.
Good. Video... this jeep looks awesome!
Thanks! Lots of work and love was poured into this Wj

Thank you!! That's awesome! Yes, hopefully we'll see each other on the trails one day. 😊
Very nice budget build! I like it.

Thanks! Yes, I'm definitely going to consider a long arm kit in the near future!
Heck ya man

Thanks we appreciate the feedback! It bolts right up.
Remember to extend all your breathing tubes during the snorkel kit, or all that work will be for nothing
I’ve seen this video a few times now but which radiator do you have. If you can still find it.
How much trimming did it take to fit those tires? I’m planning on something similar, but I don’t want to be cutting out too much!

What did you get the front driveshaft out of? Jeep Cherokee?
There are grand cherokees wj that have double cardon drivesharfts. You can go to a wrecking yard and look which ones might have them.
Where did you buy double cardan?
You can find the driveshaft easily at the junk yard for like $50, as for the Yokes I had to buy them on ebay since the junk yard didn't allow to remove the yoke from the transfer case and the front axle.
Whens the funny rocks video dropping!
We're planning for this upcoming Saturday! It's going to be an epic one!
What all steering upgrades did you do?
Honestly all steering components are stock other than an adjustable track bar that came with the kit.
Nice Jeep! How many miles are on it now?
Thanks! About 138K. I only drive it when I need to haul things or when we go offroading, so the miles aren't climbing much..
First
Please do a video when you do the rock sliders. Great work so far, I have a 99 limited too.
Sounds good! Thanks.
