I’ve been doing breakup coaching for quite a while now and I know that for a lot of people one of the most difficult tasks is figuring out how to resist the urge to contact your ex during a no contact period.
Many people don’t understand the purpose of a radio silence or no contact, or simply don’t have the mental discipline to choose to focus on their own process of personal development instead of focusing on the fear of losing the person they love.
The reality is that you’ve already lost this person, that’s what a breakup entails, and clinging on to the old relationship may be comforting for you in the short term but very damaging in the long haul.
You need to offer something new to this person, and you owe it to yourself to transform into the person that you always wanted to be…not the one that pushed your ex away towards the end of your relationship.

No contact shouldn't be used as punishment. No contact is when your done! The heart is not to be played with 💔
No contact (with the intention of your ex missing you) works only if you are positive that your ex has atleast some attraction towards you. If your ex is completely over you the only use for no contact is to recover, get back on your feet and move on

Yes, this is how I understand it. I am done with the ex . The point of no contact for me is to get away from him for good. To take care of myself and my children. I have had enough of the abuse, manipulation, threats and general BS. Absolute minimum contact is the best I can do now as e share children. Stay strong and on the path.
This only truly works if your ex has some Attraction for you. Attraction is the key to get her / him back

Hi Adrian i really need help. I took my wife for granted and my mood went soo much up and down bcose i hadd isues with my self for the last 2 years. And now i manage to work my self out and she left me, i feel so bad, and i wanto die bcose i destroyd the person i LOVE SOO MUCH. I recently left my girlfriend of almost 2 years, who was a Narcissist and Sociopath. Try permanent no contact in that situation! Especially when you love the person, or love who they pretended to be, but know there is no possibility you can go back to the emotional abuse. Now that is hard, even for me, and I'm a very strong person.
It is difficult for me too to stay absolute minimum contact with ex as we co-parent children. But there is no way I am going back to being abused, manipulated and controlled. I am done for good.

I especially resonated with tip 2, the key is not to avoid your negative emotions but rather drown them with positive thoughts, positive actions, and positive activities. Coach Adrien hi. A special friend of mine wasn’t my girlfriend since it’s a religion thing for us not to date. However, we were communicating day in day out on messenger. Then, out of the blues, after telling me politely to leave her alone, which she did, she I friended me from Facebook and blocked me from all other social media. Then, when she’d drop by the office, she’d ghost me completely and laugh and chat with all those who she claimed she had problems with.

Me and my ex split up about 3 weeks ago. When we broke up. I moved away to the east coast from California, to find myself. Its tough on me as i am the breakee. Id love to get back with her, i just have to find myself. During no contact its soo tough to not reach out, as i am not. Is she even thinking of me? Am i even coming across her mind? She reached out 4 days ago on my birthday. Saying happy birthday. But that was it. I know i have to find myself 1st, but i cant stop thinking of her. Any tips?
I'm the one who broke up and then he said he needs time.but he never said he's moving on after a month I asked him out and he said he can't and from that point for 3 months I've been going behind him crying and begging, then I begged him to give us 2 weeks and we went out on dates but u had to drag him everywhere. But when he came he was all into it. We kissed and messed around and he became less negative and by the second or third date he said he'll tell me after the 2 weeks.i made him so many gifts and his favorite dessert.and at the last date he said he can't do it.he said he just can't date but he told he loves me multiple times but he said he can't date and that we are more than friends. But after college started he completely ignored me and I went into no contact but failed and cried while talking and he said it's not what he wants but for my happiness he'll date but it was like a punishment for him so I told that his happiness means the world to me and went again into no contact . Do I have any chances with him?

What happens when you break no contact after just 1 day to try and change her mind again over the break up and went really over board trying to convince her that things were not as it seems (as I truly think ) .. they weren’t having any of it and now they’ve blocked you (but not on everything) a few days after you broke no contact

As he commented that I have now moved on . I still haven't responded to him. I didn't think that msg& email deserves a response as I made that mistake last time.. Look man, I am not some love expert, but I know this. I broke up with my ex for the third time and this time it seems like it is over. I am not giving up and neither should you. Do some shit with your life, live it (I went skydiving, started workingout, I took cooking lessons, guitar lessons, I doing everything to make my life happy and excited). You must be active trought this no contact period, you must.
Stay strong man, be positive and fucking get her back, but first take care of yourself, change ! You can do it !
