Almost a full week of NC. Your videos are the only thing getting me through. When I feel overwhelmed and full of sadness, your videos remind me that I can do it and to stay strong. Idk if he will come back, I really don’t, but I think he might because I was such a great girlfriend!! There was no begging and pleading on my end. I think I took it pretty well. This sounds very similar to my situation. I have better days between my bad days. I still cry most every day. We did not fight in the end, we got together briefly before the final break up. Pretty much what coach lee has mentioned in his videos. I listen to coach lee daily to keep me strong in NC. I am still hopeful that he will reach out to me. But I am also going out with friends, doing my hobbies and reading more, also getting rid of clutter (this helps!) stay strong
No contact works! No, he hasn’t contacted me, but I’m starting to not care and that’s the most important part. I’ve done so much self-reflection and improvement , so now I know I only deserve someone who WANTS me. Can’t thank you enough Coach Lee for being my logic and reasoning during this time!

I don't think anyone should EVER reach out to their ex. If they can't get over a hump, that to me means there is still resistance. Stand your ground!! I'm in week 1 NC I feel SO much better. I have surrounded myself with my friends, family, my work is going great. I have actually had the best week.. Yes. I was in tears last week but I haven't cried. And also, I changed my inner voice. Each time I felt I miss her, I tell myself, NO. SHE misses ME!! Change the way you speak to yourself. Self love. Self respect.

My ex contacted me indirectly after 12 days , I responded , it wasn’t a text to see how I was it was a text regarding something that she didn’t have to tell me about A woman only Contacts you if she likes you or what’s something from you , my thought process is if we’ve broken up and she didn’t want me or what me for anything , you got to ask why is she contacting me . ??? When she dumped me I Kept going through to walk the dog , she fed me and we chatted normally , kiss and cuddled when I left In the end I just rung her and did the right thing as much as it hurt , to tell her I wasn’t coming through any more , we had been split up for 10 weeks and still acting as though we were together, in told her I need to respect your decision and give you the space you wanted .

Johannes Stein yea we’re still not back together. She doesn’t know what she wants. After she reached out I tried to see her and she didn’t want too. She wanted to work on herself so I went back in no contact. Then text her happy thanksgiving. Then we talked for a bit and she didn’t respond so I went back into no contact again and this time I didn’t text her at all. She didn’t text me on Christmas but text me on New Years. I’ve already started dating other people. I can’t sit around and wait for her as much as I want to be with her. I have to live my life and be happy and I am happy. No happy ending over here.
MOM plus FOUR everything coach lee says to do, does work. It worked for me BUT, she doesn’t want to get back together. She’s playing games. She’d text me once a month and I started catching on that she’d block me when she was ghost for that month so I told her to just move on and let me go. And I blocked her number. She’s blocked on all my social media. Time will heal you. Believe that. I was feeling like you also but I’m fine now. I’m dating and I’ve made a lot of self improvements.
@@bryanEase Word bro, I am a firm believer in no contact and it does work but they usually don't come back 100%. My ex broke up with me 3 months ago and in 3 weeks of no contact she contacted me saying she missed me. We got back together and 3 weeks later we got into another fight and she broke it off again. For the past 2 months we've been talking, saw each other here and there but she's hot and cold. Doesn't know what she wants. At times it seems like we're back together and the next day we're fighting again and it seems like it will never be the same again.

I've talked with Ken, one of his coaches. Worth it and personal. It's hard , but i am feeling better and realizing I want someone who wants to be with me, not be uncertain about me. Now she's been available and talkative. Might be too late. I've found that there are other women out there that will appreciate me and be more loving towards me. I can't go back to how it was, but I know i don't have to put up with her old ways anymore.

It’s a 50/50 chance the person will contact you but don’t wait the point of NC is for you to move on and they call great and if they don’t go to your next relationship that’s the point of all of this.

Nc is so hard, it’s one of the hardest thing to do. My boyfriend of 6 months became verbally and psychologically abusive. It began suttlely and started escalating. Calling me names, pointing to areas of my body that were little less then perfect and extreme criticism making me feel like nothing I did was right or good enough. I was really falling for him, but these things are unacceptable. Who wants to be with someone who is consistently putting them down. Finally, I had enough and broke it off. Resulting on him getting really angry with me. Telling me all the good things he did trying to make me feel like the bad guy. Not one apology for his bad behavior. Somehow I still care for him and miss him. It's been 3 weeks now. We had some short contact initiated by me. But, that contact only reinforced my knowing leaving him was right. Don't ever let anyone put you down. If someone really cares about you they would never do this. Love is not cruel. There is absolutely no excuse for any type of abuse. What about a video to help those like me get though the break up and stay stong to stay away from the abuser? Emotions are all over the place. Even if you're the one who did the breaking up it still hurts. Thankfully. I was smart enough to get out before spending years going through that.

I took a month off from social media, spent time with my friends, have movie nights with some of my close female friends, worked out, & one day I woke up without thinking about her. A year later I moved on & actually ran into some who was much better. Now Im over the whole situation and I am so much happier without her. If things had worked out with her how I wanted than I would have never been as successful as I am now. Instead of investing so much into her,8 started to invest in myself. It's really about finding hobbies you like and find your happiness aside from the person you're trying to move on from

Coach Lee is awesome. The only thing I would add is that after 2 1/2 or 3 months your ex may have met somebody else. She may respond to you in a nice way but if she tells you she has met someone else.....it will hurt
My ex gf and I had a healthy and peaceful talk today and I left off on a good note..this no contact will now be under healthy conditions regardless of outcome and I'm grateful for the time to fill the hole in my soul with more of myself and not alcohol or my love. My ex contacted me during my birthday which was a week into no contact, I had kindly said thank you and she said she was going to call me later but I knew I was not ready to talk to her without begging her so I told her it would be nice if I could just get some space and time and focus on myself right now. I have now been dating a girl I really like for two months now, but it took a lot of emotional healing. I just realized it wasn’t healthy to replay scenarios in my head or wonder what could have been. Whenever this happened I just told myself that, “This is stupid, it’s stupid I’m even thinking about this”. I just wanna say that this works. We broke up in January. I did the song and dance of pick me for a few weeks. Then we stayed in contact of just catching up and talking about the kids. 2 months ago I went into gray rock (cuz we have kids) I did not initiate messages. I kept my answers short and I did not reply to her messages right away. First of all I was not able to heal properly by staying in contact with her. By removing my energy from her and truly focusing on my self I got to a much better place. Just yesterday SHE wrote me a letter to give to me on our child exchange and she begged for me back. Saying letting me go was a huge mistake and she wants her family back. Everything about coach Lees wisdom worked for me. Now I know that just because she has said she wants to get back together doesn’t mean I break no contact. I still have to let her initiate conversations but I do give her better more timely replies now. If anything works this does. I had gotten to the point of acceptance that it was over. Really what other choice do you have?

I'm on my second week of no contact. I made the mistake of not doing it sooner and trying to reach out twice after we took care of business involving our lease. I didn't handle the separation as well as I should have. Despite that, no contact has helped me to feel better and focus on myself. You trick yourself into thinking that waiting all day by your phone is virtuous and loyal, but they don't know that you're doing that, so there's no point. I've been going to the gym more frequently, I've reconnected with old friends, I've signed up for signing lessons, and I've landed some job interviews. If he wants to talk to me, that's great. I'm going to keep moving forward with my goals regardless.
Currently, on day 11 of no contact, we were together for 5 years so I'm hoping for something back. holding strong till Christmas as I think she might message. Time will tell
just a small update, we met up a few days ago! I got a bit cheeky lol she came around mine but wasn't supposed to stay long. She ended up staying over and we had sex. i took her home the day and we are still in contact. She seemed impressed with the effect I have put into myself over the last few months. This is a critical part people need to do, even if you don't get her back you have still improved yourself. I'm still not sure how she feels, i think she would be embarrassed about getting back together but considering we were not talking 2/3 weeks ago I'm happy with the progress. i think I have just about watched every one of brads videos so i would highly recommend people do the same and follow the advice as it has worked for me so far
Thank you Coach Lee for very useful videos. I just purchased the emergency break up kit. Got to no contact yesterday, even tho not sure if we have broken up. He has been distant lately, doesn't really want to see mee, touch me, contact me, etc. So I thought it would be best just to disappear and focus on myself. It has been two months since our break up and it's getting heavier last two weeks. I was an emotional wreck the first weeks, but talked with friends about it which gave me some relieve. Now i don't talk to my friends about it anymore, everybody kind of expects you to move on after some weeks too, and I'm really alone with my thoughts and feelings. It makes it more difficult with the days that pass. Probably because i really believed No Contact could work because our relation was something special, she always said that too. Now it feels like i'm the one whoes burden grows with the day, something i hoped my ex would go trough. I feel the similar, of course I let her know that I was upset, but if this is what you truly want, all I can say is goodbye! (maybe with a little added I still love you and I will miss you comment) but sadly felt very final, and from knowing her, she might have a little too much pride/stubbornness not to prove me right, when I asked her if she was sure this is what she wanted. This is a word for you to give you hope, reader, take it or leave it. I know this is hard to get by when the break up is fresh, I have gone through it, and believe me I had cried a lot since the break up 7 weeks ago. Your world seems to be revolving around this person the entire relationship. I've had my doubts, my questioning about it if this was all worth fighting for. She eventually reached out 3 weeks later to give me the dreaded "closure" speech meet-up. But as Coach Lee says, it is just a facade to scare you. We had the talk, and I didn't stress about it. We had fun, and I've shown her (as you shall) shown her I was not affected by the breakup. I've learned far more from this closure meet-up than if hadn't. I've realized I had to improve my communication and my listening skills. I started improving on those the day she told me. I had spent the previous month losing my mind over some random things I had done that could've led to the breakup which hadn't been the backbone of the breakup. After the closure meetup, she started reaching out casually a week later. Then reached out again 6 days later. I felt like she was cold and distant, but this was entirely normal as she is (and still is but less) cautious about this whole situation. Yes, they can be cautious, they don't have to have this whole etiquette of "I miss you I messed up" kind of vibe. Now she is on a vacation and is sending a lot of updates about the cities she is visiting. And here I am, on Christmas night, writing this and telling you that if you feel it in your gut as much as I did this last month that something was bound to happen: it will. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE IN TO THE NO CONTACT. this is the best-case scenario you can do. the universe will align itself with your actions and give you what you are bound to have. once again, if you have the gut feeling and you put in the work to improve yourself as a whole person then it will re-attract them without doing anything. If you are meant to be, you will meet them again. As much as I like to believe we are meant to be, she is still in the process of comming back toward me and I think she is liking the improved, more communicative version of me. And do not hesitate to get help from therapy, it changed my whole perspective and helped me not to mess up this whole process! (please choose your therapist wisely, mine had experience with women with toxic exes and PTSD from this which helped a lot. Choose accordingly to your needs as every therapist has their own specializations.) on a side note, thank you Coach Lee for your support. I will be watching more videos throughout the next weeks to help me on how/what to do/say for inviting her to a meet-up. I think this will be, as an analogy, the final boss. whether she accepts or not. Cheers!

I broke no contact because sometime I thought may be I misjudged him and also due to my curiosity about his feelings for me after I did no contact. However, I realized if a relationship has gone sour its best to let it go and move on. There's good reason why we keep breaking up and going back to break up again. Something just doesn't work no matter how much energy you put into the relationship. When it's time to end to end all the frustration and pain take advantage of it and just let your toxic relationship go. I will stick to no contact for good now. Hope you can too after you evaluate your situation wisely.

I was dumped just over a week ago from a 2 year relationship. We had a few days of back and forth and I picked up my stuff. I got the generic responses, bottom line thou it's a loss of attraction. I could see it in her face that she still cares deeply but not enough to put in work. I'm now on day 3 of NC and I have no intention on breaking it unless she reaches out. These videos are a life line for me, I wouldn't be able to do this without them. She wanted to be friends but I made it clear that I want a romantic relationship. I never begged and she knows that if she has a change of heart and I'm available to reach out to me. In the meantime I'm focusing on my career, my hobbies and trying to buy a house. 2 years for me since the breakup. Just as an illustration my life seems like I've been traveling alone through a canyon. Sleepless nights, loneliness, no way out except fighting and getting up again and again. I'm so far from where I need to be but if there's life in my body no choice but to go forward. What a painful experience this has been! This has been an Incredible challenge having to face myself alone.
Lol I saw her at a friend's gathering tonight. She texted me after we parted ways "good to see you". In my heart I still love her while also going through my changes in NC. I just texted back "happy to see you" so that she knows I'm here if she wants to call. I'm still struggling but I'm not going to just cut her off like she did to me, I've been doing better personally and I am on the path to being able to live without her, though I will not just cut her off because I love her... Even though that's what she did to me. If she comes I will do everything I can to make it work, if she doesn't I know I can be happy and survive more now after these years of pain.

@@expo7112 I've seen her a handful of times, the last time was about 3 months ago. She told me she had driven by my house (I live out of her way) and had "conjured" my appearance. At the time I was dating somebody and told her so. We spoke for a week or so after that and I made it totally clear I'd still do anything for her, even break up with my gf for her. There were heart emojis and flirting etc. I since broke up with that girl I was with but I won't reach out to my ex. She knows where to find me and if we by chance meet again I of course hope we can get together, but I'm not forcing it. It saddens me, I pray for her everyday, but unless she comes to me I won't open this door again.

She wanted to work on herself so I went back in no contact. Then text her happy thanksgiving. Then we talked for a bit and she didn’t respond so I went back into no contact again and this time I didn’t text her at all. She didn’t text me on Christmas but text me on New Years. I’ve already started dating other people. I can’t sit around and wait for her as much as I want to be with her. I have to live my life and be happy and I am happy. No happy ending over here.
MOM plus FOUR everything coach lee says to do, does work. It worked for me BUT, she doesn’t want to get back together. She’s playing games. She’d text me once a month and I started catching on that she’d block me when she was ghost for that month so I told her to just move on and let me go. And I blocked her number. She’s blocked on all my social media. Time will heal you. Believe that. I was feeling like you also but I’m fine now. I’m dating and I’ve made a lot of self improvements.

My ex broke up with me 3 months ago and in 3 weeks of no contact she contacted me saying she missed me. We got back together and 3 weeks later we got into another fight and she broke it off again. For the past 2 months we've been talking, saw each other here and there but she's hot and cold. Doesn't know what she wants. At times it seems like we're back together and the next day we're fighting again and it seems like it will never be the same again.

I've talked with Ken, one of his coaches. Worth it and personal. It's hard , but i am feeling better and realizing I want someone who wants to be with me, not be uncertain about me. Now she's been available and talkative. Might be too late. I've found that there are other women out there that will appreciate me and be more loving towards me. I can't go back to how it was, but I know i don't have to put up with her old ways anymore.

It’s a 50/50 chance the person will contact you but don’t wait the point of NC is for you to move on and they call great and if they don’t go to your next relationship that’s the point of all of this.

Nc is so hard, it’s one of the hardest thing to do. I break my contact all the time and have to start over and over again, at this point, I don’t think he is coming back, he told me he is seeing someone 2 weeks ago, that dagger just stab me so deeply, I’m so pathetic, it’s been a year and it seems like time hasn’t done anything for me, it did not lessen my pain. My boyfriend of 6 months became verbally and psychologically abusive. It began suttlely and started escalating. Calling me names, pointing to areas of my body that were little less then perfect and extreme criticism making me feel like nothing I did was right or good enough. I was really falling for him, but these things are unacceptable. Who wants to be with someone who is consistently putting them down. Finally, I had enough and broke it off. Resulting on him getting really angry with me. Telling me all the good things he did trying to make me feel like the bad guy. Not one apology for his bad behavior. Somehow I still care for him and miss him. It's been 3 weeks now. We had some short contact initiated by me. But, that contact only reinforced my knowing leaving him was right. Don't ever let anyone put you down. If someone really cares about you they would never do this. Love is not cruel. There is absolutely no excuse for any type of abuse. What about a video to help those like me get though the break up and stay stong to stay away from the abuser? Emotions are all over the place. Even if you're the one who did the breaking up it still hurts. Thankfully. I was smart enough to get out before spending years going through that.

I took a month off from social media, spent time with my friends, have movie nights with some of my close female friends, worked out, & one day I woke up without thinking about her. A year later I moved on & actually ran into some who was much better. Now Im over the whole situation and I am so much happier without her. If things had worked out with her how I wanted than I would have never been as successful as I am now. Instead of investing so much into her,8 started to invest in myself. It's really about finding hobbies you like and find your happiness aside from the person you're trying to move on from

It really is amazing what an multi purpose tool no contact can be. It absolutely sucks to have to use it but it can accomplish so much.
My ex gf and I had a healthy and peaceful talk today and I left off on a good note..this no contact will now be under healthy conditions regardless of outcome and I'm grateful for the time to fill the hole in my soul with more of myself and not alcohol or my love. My ex contacted me during my birthday which was a week into no contact, I had kindly said thank you and she said she was going to call me later but I knew I was not ready to talk to her without begging her so I told her it would be nice if I could just get some space and time and focus on myself right now. I have now been dating a girl I really like for two months now, but it took a lot of emotional healing. I just realized it wasn’t healthy to replay scenarios in my head or wonder what could have been. Whenever this happened I just told myself that, “This is stupid, it’s stupid I’m even thinking about this”. I did the best I could at that time and overall I believe it was something I needed to go through.

I just wanna say that this works. We broke up in January. I did the song and dance of pick me for a few weeks. Then we stayed in contact of just catching up and talking about the kids. 2 months ago I went into gray rock (cuz we have kids) I did not initiate messages. I kept my answers short and I did not reply to her messages right away. First of all I was not able to heal properly by staying in contact with her. By removing my energy from her and truly focusing on my self I got to a much better place.
Just yesterday SHE wrote me a letter to give to me on our child exchange and she begged for me back. Saying letting me go was a huge mistake and she wants her family back. Everything about coach Lees wisdom worked for me. Now I know that just because she has said she wants to get back together doesn’t mean I break no contact. I still have to let her initiate conversations but I do give her better more timely replies now.
If anything works this does. I had gotten to the point of acceptance that it was over. Really what other choice do you have?

I'm on my second week of no contact. I made the mistake of not doing it sooner and trying to reach out twice after we took care of business involving our lease. I didn't handle the separation as well as I should have.
Despite that, no contact has helped me to feel better and focus on myself. You trick yourself into thinking that waiting all day by your phone is virtuous and loyal, but they don't know that you're doing that, so there's no point. I've been going to the gym more frequently, I've reconnected with old friends, I've signed up for signing lessons, and I've landed some job interviews. If he wants to talk to me, that's great. I'm going to keep moving forward with my goals regardless.

just a small update, we met up a few days ago! I got a bit cheeky lol she came around mine but wasn't supposed to stay long. She ended up staying over and we had sex. i took her home the day and we are still in contact.
She seemed impressed with the effect I have put into myself over the last few months. This is a critical part people need to do, even if you don't get her back you have still improved yourself.
I'm still not sure how she feels, i think she would be embarrassed about getting back together but considering we were not talking 2/3 weeks ago I'm happy with the progress.

It has been two months since our break up and it's getting heavier last two weeks. I was an emotional wreck the first weeks, but talked with friends about it which gave me some relieve. Now i don't talk to my friends about it anymore, everybody kind of expects you to move on after some weeks too, and I'm really alone with my thoughts and feelings. It makes it more difficult with the days that pass. Probably because i really believed No Contact could work because our relation was something special, she always said that too. Now it feels like i'm the one whoes burden grows with the day, something i hoped my ex would go trough. I'm kind of losing hope things will turn around and that she will reach out, so a new fase is coming in which I have to figure out a way to let her go. I feel the similar, of course I let her know that I was upset, but if this is what you truly want, all I can say is goodbye! I know this is hard to get by when the break up is fresh, I have gone through it, and believe me I had cried a lot since the break up 7 weeks ago.
Your world seems to be revolving around this person the entire relationship. I've had my doubts, my questioning about it if this was all worth fighting for.
She eventually reached out 3 weeks later to give me the dreaded "closure" speech meet-up. But as Coach Lee says, it is just a facade to scare you.
We had the talk, and I didn't stress about it. We had fun, and I've shown her (as you shall) shown her I was not affected by the breakup.
I've learned far more from this closure meet-up than if hadn't. I've realized I had to improve my communication and my listening skills. I started improving on those the day she told me.
I had spent the previous month losing my mind over some random things I had done that could've led to the breakup which hadn't been the backbone of the breakup.
After the closure meetup, she started reaching out casually a week later. Then reached out again 6 days later. I felt like she was cold and distant, but this was entirely normal as she is (and still is but less) cautious about this whole situation. Yes, they can be cautious, they don't have to have this whole etiquette of "I miss you I messed up" kind of vibe.
Now she is on a vacation and is sending a lot of updates about the cities she is visiting.
And here I am, on Christmas night, writing this and telling you that if you feel it in your gut as much as I did this last month that something was bound to happen: it will.
PLEASE DO NOT GIVE IN TO THE NO CONTACT.
this is the best-case scenario you can do.
the universe will align itself with your actions and give you what you are bound to have.
once again,
if you have the gut feeling and you put in the work to improve yourself as a whole person then it will re-attract them without doing anything.
If you are meant to be, you will meet them again.
As much as I like to believe we are meant to be, she is still in the process of comming back toward me and I think she is liking the improved, more communicative version of me.
And do not hesitate to get help from therapy, it changed my whole perspective and helped me not to mess up this whole process!
(please choose your therapist wisely, mine had experience with women with toxic exes and PTSD from this which helped a lot. Choose accordingly to your needs as every therapist has their own specializations.)
on a side note, thank you Coach Lee for your support. I will be watching more videos throughout the next weeks to help me on how/what to do/say for inviting her to a meet-up.
I think this will be, as an analogy, the final boss. whether she accepts or not.

I broke no contact because sometime I thought may be I misjudged him and also due to my curiosity about his feelings for me after I did no contact. However, I realized if a relationship has gone sour its best to let it go and move on. There's good reason why we keep breaking up and going back to break up again. Something just doesn't work no matter how much energy you put into the relationship. When it's time to end to end all the frustration and pain take advantage of it and just let your toxic relationship go. I will stick to no contact for good now. I could see it in her face that she still cares deeply but not enough to put in work. I'm now on day 3 of NC and I have no intention on breaking it unless she reaches out. These videos are a life line for me, I wouldn't be able to do this without them. She wanted to be friends but I made it clear that I want a romantic relationship. 2 years for me since the breakup. Just as an illustration my life seems like I've been traveling alone through a canyon. Sleepless nights, loneliness, no way out except fighting and getting up again and again. I'm so far from where I need to be but if there's life in my body no choice but to go forward. What a painful experience this has been! This has been an Incredible challenge having to face myself alone.
Lol I saw her at a friend's gathering tonight. She texted me after we parted ways "good to see you". In my heart I still love her while also going through my changes in NC. I just texted back "happy to see you" so that she knows I'm here if she wants to call. I'm still struggling but I'm not going to just cut her off like she did to me, I've been doing better personally and I am on the path to being able to live without her, though I will not just cut her off because I love her... Even though that's what she did to me. If she comes I will do everything I can to make it work, if she doesn't I know I can be happy and survive more now after these years of pain.

@@expo7112 I've seen her a handful of times, the last time was about 3 months ago. She told me she had driven by my house (I live out of her way) and had "conjured" my appearance. At the time I was dating somebody and told her so. We spoke for a week or so after that and I made it totally clear I'd still do anything for her, even break up with my gf for her. There were heart emojis and flirting etc. I since broke up with that girl I was with but I won't reach out to my ex. She knows where to find me and if we by chance meet again I of course hope we can get together, but I'm not forcing it. It saddens me, I pray for her everyday, but unless she comes to me I won't open this door again.
