The TPMS DOES NOT reach the cab of the truck when the basement on our 2022 North Point 310 when the basement is loaded for camping. Very Bad Design. What can you do to fix it?
If you had a battery bank and a generator with electric start, can you configure the system to start the generator if the batteries get down to a certain level of discharge? Then shut off after charged to a certain level? Also can solar be tied in?
Hi Jason, We had purchased the 2020 Jayco Talon 403T at the 2019 RV Show Pomona California and my wife and I met you at the show and you had showed some of the components of the Toy Hauler. Since we brought it home, we have been having issues with the BMPRO and the screen is not turning on when being touched and the screen is completely black. We had taken it back to the Richardson's RV (Riverside) and they had tested the BMPRO as soon as it arrived at the service area and the screen is completely black- this is during the week of December 10,2019 . My wife called them the following week and we were told by the service manager that the screen will turn on when touched and few minutes later, when the screen was touched by the technician, once again the screen is completely black and disabled - this is during the week before Christmas. My wife called the following week and Richardson's RV service writer informed us that they have to order the parts and the Jayco supplier is closed for two weeks due to the holiday (even though this was confirmed that the BMPRO was not functioning properly by Richardson's RV technician a week before Christmas) My wife called Jayco manufacturer's supplier on January 30th and she was instructed to have Richardson's RV service call on January 2nd to replace the BMPRO and we were informed that this may take up to 4 weeks - In addition, Richardson's RV NEVER called them to order the part based on the VIN # provided. Since we had purchased this toy hauler, it is pretty much sitting on Richardson's RV service area 80 percent of the time due to other issues.
I have a 2022 North Point. My pad doesn’t have the quick buttons at the bottom. No manuals are out for this lite unit. A little frustrating. My pad is stuck on the pair screen and won’t go back to Home Screen. Can you send me info on how to clear this? Note: Everything works fine from my phone app.
I'm a little confused. We bought a 2020 jayco 330rsts that showed the BMPro system as being on our ordered unit. We have the BMPro but it doesn't have our auto level system through the BMPro. We have our auto level system on the LCI my rv system. And it's back at the dealer with the LCI main screen not working. Didn't even get to use the rv yet. Why doesn't our unit have the auto level system operate through the BMPro? Would be nice to be able to use the phone app for the leveling. Would be even nicer to have a auto level system that works in. $50k plus rv.

What is yours doing? Mine loads the bmpro icon then turns off and reloads the same icon. Never loads past the icon before resetting. I have a 2022 northpoint 310rlts.. it's a year old and having major issues for a 85k trailer.
Hello and thank you for your interest in our Jayco Precept! The 2021 is not equipped with a smart system for TPMS……..TPMS can be added with certain aftermarket parts. We recommend you discuss this with one of our authorized selling dealers should you want to include one post sale..

System is good when it can connect. The connection to the command center is terrible via Bluetooth
does the 2021 Precept 34g have this smart system or tpms? If not can it be isntalled?

need to start making the hardside popup trailers, A liner is about to go out of business and the rockwood is very poor quality now.
