I’m having problems with my bmpro on newly purchased 2022 Thor Scope (Thor requested pics & proof of purchase, I provided what they asked, was told they would send me a replacement, now it’s going on day five, and I’m being told they were mistaken 😕 I can’t turn on the air, check levels, so frustrating, I’ve joined and paid for 3 camping memberships, Wi-Fi, and other expenses, all for a unit that’s not usable, so disappointing.
Just curious you said you contacted bmpro but they have directed me to the trailer manufacturer. Did you do the corespondent through emails?

Yes, we corresponded via email but they were very responsive.
