Our BMPro is doing the following. BMPro comes up then goes back off. It does it over and over. You can’t get another screen to come up. I’ve reset it manually. Unplugged it too but nothing works. Help.
My bm pro node was replaced. It now just turns on but never goes to the main screen. Just lights up to the BM Pro startup screen then turns off. Was off Shore power 5 months at dealer. Back on charge now and will check again today…
I tired this because we had a power surge during a bad storm. It woke the pad up and then it went back dark again, and now even in the app, I can’t control the lights. It was working when the pad was black but since trying this step, now it won’t work at all.
My 2022 BMPRO pad is the new lite version. None of the buttons are across the bottom😉 Your manuals on line need to be brought up to date with this new Pad. On line techs don’t have the latest info to trouble shoot these😉
Hello & thank you for the video. The BMPro screen in my RV is not showing any think it is always dark although I'm able to use the below buttons all are working except the screen. I followed your steps by unplugging & plugging, but it did not help still black screen. Kindly help hoe to fix this issue. Kindly needs your help. Thanks🙂
Im having this same issue! Already tried doing the OF reset and pinhole reset, but still no luck. I also reached out to the BMPRO support website about month ago. I can still use the app on my phone but I guess the control panel screen is stuck on sleep mode

Feel free to give our service center a call to troubleshoot. Hopefully is a power issue with a simple resolution.

Hard reset of the entire system. Shut off the main power and try again. That usually works.
@@arcadiaeverything so we did the hard reset and now just bmpro flashes 3 times and then goes off. Any suggestion
