I learned on the Jayco forum why I was always having trouble getting my landing gear to work after a travel day. It had to do with the lockout feature when the truck is attached to the camper and the brakes are applied or the lights are activated. I disconnected the wire from # 64 on the node and that solved all my problems. We would boondock at a harvest host and I couldn’t get my jacks to go down until I pushed all retract. Then the next morning, I would want to start the generator and it wouldn’t let me until I pushed that all retract button again. I figured out that after I was all set up and in for the night, I would use my key fob to lock the truck and that would flash the park lights and re-trigger the safety feature. Once I unplugged the wire from #64 on the node that made my life so much easier. I realize they did that so you couldn’t accidentally open a slide while going down the road, but I’m going to risk that. 😅 Plus the added bonus this summer, I could start the generator and turn on two of my three airs and cool the camper off before we arrive at out campsite. Don’t do what I do, but it sure makes camping much simpler.
I did the same thing...got tired of having to go inside the trailer before I could work the landing gear upon arrival....also a pain during rest stops on a long trip.
Thank you for your video..we have a 2022 northpoint and the bmpro kept flashing Bluetooth lost. I corrected this by removing the tablet and unplugging the wires. This rebooted the tablet and it works fine now. Thanks for the information to get us through this.
@@jimballard7023 I've heard others with that same issue more recently. There was a big BMPro outage a few weeks back and so I wonder if it has something to do with that. I'm not sure if BM pro officially got all that fixed or what happened.
The dealers need to know about the locked motors. I have spent hours trying to get my slides to work after traveling. I have involved the dealer when I had this problem and they couldn’t help.
Unfortunately not. Great idea though. That'd be a nice feature if BMPRO added in future to be able to name an alias to all the items whether ac, awnings, slides, etc.
@@AdventureRocks seems simple enough. Should be an option already. The lights have all kinds of different names and all they could come up with for motors is slide out 1, awning 1. No creativity.
We are connected to BMPRO on our phone app and able to use controls that way, however, on the actual BMPRO device on the wall, it is stuck on the “pair devices” screen. Any help there would be appreciated!
If the hardwired buttons below tablet aren't working, check that the node itself has power. Then check that the wires between buttons and node are connected. Sounds like the node itself may be the culprit whether power or other related issue.
Replaced our tablet, battery failed in the original. Can’t pair it to the node. Press the pairing button on the node, then it comes up on the app, select it, Bluetooth icon goes yellow, then back to red when the node end pairing
Maybe try clearing the paired devices memory? Navigate to the PA function on the Controller display. Press and hold EXT until the number 1 scrolls across the Controller display. The Node is now clear of all connected devices.
Your battery replacement video is great! I replaced mine for $12-Amazon
Thank you! Glad to hear it.

I hear you! Thank you for sharing the tip about which wire to remove to disable the lockout.

Thank you so much for the help understanding the jaycommand center.

Need a hint on how to pair my four remote switch panels! 2021 Jayco 36SSWS. The dealer replaced the tablet and didn’t set it up!!
See if this guide works for your remotes:

Appreciate you posting the info. Much more helpful than Jayco or BM Pro 🤯

I hear you! That one's confusing at first glance. Helpful to understand how it works.
Any way of changing slide out names? Mine says Slideout 1 and slideout 2. I would like to change that to Bedroom and Livingroom

You already tried all the steps in video, correct?
What should I do if the buttons at the bottom do not work? I cant even try to connect the tablet to my RV.

Ordered a new node102, fixed the problem. Looks like Bluetooth pairing had failed on the original node101

Computers don’t belong in EV’s!! To many problems with computers! Too costly to have worked on!!
