This man saved my life. I've lost almost 150 lbs in a year and a half. I'm currently doing a 35 day water fast and, at age 62, I almost feel like I'm in my 20s again.
Good for you🤞🏼 That's so good for your body, yes it sounds like awhile but the body can handle it and basically resets as long as you stay hydrated. Did u have prior health issues? I see weight loss, which congrats 💜
@@babygirl3615 Dr. Phinney, a top Keto scientist and regular presenter @KetoDownUnder has been very carefully studying how longer fasts affect our long-term metabolism rate. He has only found it consistently slower, even years & decades later, so recommends no longer than 48 hours to maintain our higher-burning rates!
@@al3k If you had watched some of the doctors other videos, you would know he had patients who fasted for over a year. It's not necessarily a water fast.
My husband had a 60-70% carotid blockage. I put him on K1/K2, Nattokinase, Vitamin D3, Fish oil, Malic Acid, and Vitamin E. Within 2 years the blockage was completely gone. Ultrasound confirmed. Dr. J you have given the best truth about calcification. I am starting this myself also, for calcification of Aortic Branch. Please keep this data coming. I am one that deals with calcification problems and no doctor has been able to get to the root. Thank You Doctor J!
Hi Kathy, would you be willing to discuss with me what tests your husband had and what he ate and didn't eat for the 2 years to get his score down.?.My calcium score is extremely high , my diet is great, I'm celiac so I don't eat many grains at all and never eat wheat. Heart disease is in my family, and I'm only 56, my dad died at 49 of a heart attack.
Struggling with hypercalcemia. Told to stop VitD and all suppliments. No mention of K2. I'm taking charge of my own health and doing better in every way.
When I go to a Dr. appt and the nurse asks what meds and supplements I take they not only aren't familiar with K2, it doesn't even show up on the computer for them to check off as something I take.
Of course they don't teach this Information. Everything is big pharma! Sadly Holistic Medicine was the pathway taught in medical schools until the Rockefellers took over the educational system. It is refreshing to see some doctors implementing Holistic remedies in their practices. Thank Dr. P
That's because the health care system was created by The Rockefellers. It's a business. Regardless of what you've learned, when you realize doctors keep you sick to a degree, you'll really wake up and make a holistic change.
Medical schools have only 5% study on nutrition, as Dr Pradip Sir rightly says K2 is unheard of..rest is pharmacy n specialization in what u opt for...
My doctor wanted me on Prolia, I read up on it, it is downright scary!!! I refuse to take it, I am so appreciative of these Doctors teaching us on videos what is happening to our bodies, and more importantly WHY!!! Lack of proper education, lack of proper vitamins and minerals, plus food etc. I am so grateful to listen to these videos, I pray 🙏🏻 these wonderful doctors continue to educate the public the truth.
A-MAZ-ING !! The k2 I’ve started a week ago with D3 … I’m considering coming off statins , they say I’m pre diabetic I’ve had gum disease too …it’s ALL linked ! Thank you I now know I’m on the right path FINALLY after 62 years
Thank you for this video. Going low carb dropped my blood pressure from 155/110 to 133/92. But it was stuck there. Added a Vitamin D3/K2 supplement to my daily routine. 121/85 a month later! Stopped retaining salt, fixed plaque buildup, and reversed calcification.
Look into upping your potassium as well bud. 4700mg daily next to nobody gets that :) you need more if your sodium sensitive which can be confirmed from genome test. plenty are especially high in African Americans, hence why Cardiac deaths are higher in there community.
What was the dose of vit d3 and k2 as my mother's suffering from high bp due to high cholestrol ....Dr put her on statins but it ruined her all body muscle aches water retention etc ...now m thinking to give her vitd3 with k2 ...
also have something to eliminate the poison from the body while in the stomach before they reach the organs, when poisons are not listed and they won’t tell you. Then you are covered.
I started taking K2 around 8 months ago . I don't know what its doing in my arteries but have felt a diffrence with daily aches and pains in muscles and bones. I've listened to many of this Doctors lectures and he talks absolutely straight and honest. A life changing Doctor not only in his daily job but 😊also as importantly in his lectures.
I have been a RN for 42 years & I can safely tell you that your lectures are eye opening & revolutionary! I send your videos to many people & all have benefited from your instructions. From your welcoming smile, easy manner ,exemplary medical knowledge & your talent for breaking down complex topics in a manner that most ppl can understand ; makes you an awesome gift that keeps on giving!! Thank you so very much for generously sharing your knowledge & expertise with us. I am sincerely grateful to be a subscriber & have this treasure trove of knowledge you provide at my fingertips.
Excellent presentation. It’s never too late to improve our health. I’ve been a RN over 30 years, 18 months working on a cardiac unit. Pts were given D3 supplementation with hard cheese. We were told it aided absorption of Vit. D. Now I see the bigger picture. It would have been nice to have some of this knowledge shared years ago
My cardiologist put me on Vitamin K2, Vitamin D and CoQ10 20 years ago. I am still going strong with heart condition. My every 3 year ECG stress ECG, stress ECHO and heart scan for calcification are normal.
This is good to know thank you for sharing. My mom passed from a heart attack, in spite of her taking coQ10 and Vitamin D3, she was a heavy smoker and refused to quit, that I believe brought on her final attack. I will be adding Vitamin K to my regime. Edit, I do not smoke.
Just curious, what is the CoQ10 for? I’m on medication that can weaken my bones and have been told by multiple physicians to take calcium supplements as I have osteopenia and to prevent bone loss. So am I understanding if you take vitamin D and vitamin K that I don’t need calcium supplements?
I wish I heard of you 10 years ago. My cardiologist said my heart has become hearden I'm doing intermittent fasting and enjoying how i feel so much better. I'm 67 and I thank you for sharing your love for Life. Thank you.
Mary, I'm 67 but I am currently reversing the harding of my arteries by calcium. Cardiologist will say its not possible but my coronary artery calcium score has gone from 660 to 458 in just 20 months using the Linus Pauling Heart Therapy it uses high dose vitamin C with Lysine and Proline amino acids.
@robbielynnhowlethehomestea8761 U-tube won't allow that, it's censored. But I can recommend the book that I follow Dr. Thomas Levy "Stop America's #1 Killer" Proof that the Origin of All Coronary Heart Disease is Clearly Reversible Arterial Scurvy.

The biggest differences I have noticed in my health since I’ve been taking D3/K2 (5,000/180( are my teeth. No more bleeding gums, no more loose teeth, and no more root canals due to infection. It also improves my mood especially during the winter when I can’t get out in the sun.
I wish there were MORE Doctors like him!! He's obviously PASSIONATE about not only his PATIENTS (his Job), but about his JOB!! He's not just here for the $$$$. If a Doctor has a passion to actually HELP his patients, they INVEST in them, simply by trying to educate themselves, and NOT FOLLOWING the current trends in being a direct supporter of "BIG PHARMA"!! Remember at least these tests on top of the usual lipid panel: ApoB, ApoA1, Lp(a), OXL LDL, d-ROMS, BAP test, Lp - PLA2 test, homocysteine, Calcium Score Index (CAC) and take yourself under annual cardiologist check for further stress tests (ECO; Holter 24h, etc). Thank you so much. I have osteoporosis and was prescribed vitamin D3 and calcium. Through my own research I discovered vitamin K2 and its role in getting calcium to your bones, as well as other important functions in the body. I have been taking this vitamin for several years and I am perplexed about the failure of doctors to prescribe this vitamin for patients with osteoporosis and osteopenia. I have been spreading the word ever since.
@jeanclarke9106 Did the addition of K2 improve or cure your osteoporosis? What is your dosage of D3 and Calcium? I’m assuming you are taking 200 mcg o K2? How long did it take to see a difference in your bone scans? Thank you.
Asked my Dr about vit k2 said she never heard of it. Have osteoporosis, and she wanted me to take the shot that you get once a year that I thought was dangerous. Took the k2 and my bone scans where so good she said I did not need meds anymore. Taking calcium citrate vit d3 and k2 m7.

I love that you mention the gum disease connection to heart problems (blood stream). I have suffered gum disease most of my life (I'm now 72). I have always managed it assiduously, but it persists with it's loss of bone. The reason I am glad is that since I was about 40 years old one often hears wispers about this situation. I've never heard any doctors just come right uot and say it, Same for dentists. And if I have any complaint about the dental industry and care, it is that having suffered from this gum disease for more than 50 years, it seems to me that not very much research has been done on the problem. That is to say that I would hope more effort would be applied to a potential really affective intervention for gun disease. Aside from various hygene practices offered by dentists, they seem to have nothing to offer other than antibiotics when there is a severe acute case.
I am 61 and have been dealing with controlled gum disease since i was about 35. I heard over 20 years ago that gum disease was dangerous to our body. I had surgery that added bone to my gum line at about 35 years of age. After that, I floss daily without fail. I visit my dentist every 4 months for 2 regular cleanings and a deep cleaning. I have been taking K2 for a year now and my latest cleaning was amazing. No tarter on my upper teeth at all and very little on the bottom. The hygienist kept talking about the GREAT job I am doing. My cleanings really changed after I started taking K2. I only received antibiotics for a few days after the surgery.
@@bjmorgan3092 I am a candidate now for several years for a couple of implants. But before they will do it they want to do the surgery to increase the bone. These days, I simple can't afford it. And yes, I believe it is dangerous to the body, especially the heart.
Antibiotics can definitely kill your friendly microbiome......for quite awhile.....which can allow dangerous bacteria to proliferate....probably in mouth as well...alternatives to these meds....I think hydrogen peroxide solution, goldenseal herb (use frequently as mouthwash...make strong solution by breaking open capsule in warm water) works wonders! I am sure there are other natural solutions...as well as the vitamin K2 this doctor speaks about! I am just saying, for me antibiotics would be my last resort !
Thanks for this, Dr. Jamnadas. I love it when medical professionals look at research and information "outside of the box," and cease to be simple lock-step puppets for "big pharma."
The quality of your video productions is EXCELLENT. Further, your explanations are very understandable to the average person/patient. Thanks for all the valuable information you provide.
I had a heart attack in 2017. I was 53 years old. Four stents. At that time my cardiologist told me I had multiple 70% blockages and would likely be back in 3-5 years if I didn’t take any type of cholesterol medication. Around 2019-2020 I found information on K2-MK7 and started taking it. I’ll soon be at my 7 year anniversary and still no sign of another heart incident. I do believe you need at least 1,000 mcg per day to do anything and you need to take D3 as well. I also take 1,000 mg of Vitamin C.
I have reviewed many health-related videos for information and self-education. I must thank you for this and the prior K2 videos, Dr.J, as they are exceptional. Your depth of insight into this matter, as a cardiologist, is overwhelming and of great benefit to all of your viewers. I'm so disheartened because my regular doctor nor my Cardiologist have ever mentioned Vitamin K. Never! I have a stent because I had a heart attack in April of 2020. Their response has mostly been pills, pills, pills. Never much about diet mentioned. I'm so glad I found Dr. J. I am learning so much. I can't afford to come see him as a patient, but the knowledge he shared through his UA-cam videos is priceless to me. Thank you Dr. J.

And fasting will trigger the phagocytosis needed to use the k2 to do its job! Some of the many benefits of doing occasional extended fasting: Blood clotting is reduced and blood clots and arterial plaque are reabsorbed into the body. Fribrosis/scarring is reversed over time and telomeres are lengthened, which also helps with lung fibrosis. The hunger hormone ghrelin lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting. Vitamin D plasma levels are increased, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy! Fasts from 36-96 h actually INCREASE metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release! Reflexes and short term memory are increased. Thymus is regenerated, which suppresses aging and renews the immune system. Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion of bacteria, plaques and viruses by the immune system. Blood pressure is quickly and dramatically lowered, which is very important for a good outcome with the current pandemic. After 72 hours or more fasted, your body recycles large numbers of immune bodies and creates new ones, rejuvenating your entire immune system. Weight loss from fasting only loses10% lean tissue and 90% fat compared to the typical 25% lean tissue and 75% fat lost when calorically restricting for long periods. Blood sugar and insulin are lowered, allowing white blood cells to move more freely throughout the body and do their job. Ideal blood sugar is around 80. Some viruses activate glycolosis (the release of sugar in the body) and clinically it has been shown that decreasing glucose metabolism in the body weakens the influenza virus. Fasting increases nitric oxide, which has manifold postive effects like reducing arterial plaque. When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell which are used to produce organelles and proteins. This means the mechanisms needed by viruses to replicate are by and large unavailable when you are in a deeply fasted state. What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast, though if the amount is tiny you will go back into ketosis very quickly. Most teas and herbs are OK. Most supplements and meds will either break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many medications are dangerous to take while fasting so you may have to talk to your dr. about discontinuing them during a fast. Fasts of several days will not affect short term female fertility and may increase long term fertility, especially in women with PCOS. Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone and helps build muscle by increasing insulin sensitivity! Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No, your body always runs mainly on fat except for brief periods of very intense exercise. Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose. Fasting stimulates the AMPK complex and activates autophagy. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle foreign matter such as viruses and kill cancerous and senescent cells. AMPK does many helpful things in the body including activating the body's antioxidant defenses. Deep ketosis virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body. This can offset the life threatening symptoms of viral pneumonia which effectively kills you through inflammation. This also creates BHB ketones in your body, which also help your immune system and anti-oxidative system, especially in the brain. Ketones also provide an additional energy source during infection, which is critical when trying to fight off a bug. In fact you can have as much as three times the total energy available in your blood when you are in deep ketosis, or even more. It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency and thereby making cells better able to fight off infection. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism and cancer prevention! When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells. This kills these cells off completely. Senescent cells are responsible for the effects of aging and are the root cause of the development of cancer. If it were possible to destroy them all it would completely stop aging and cancer. That is not possible but fasting can help limit these effects by killing off many of the affected cells and limiting the future effects of aging. Fasting also releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth, helping a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers. Fasting reverses metabolic syndrome, which is tightly correlated to Chronic Fatiguque Syndrome, high blood pressurecancer and many other chronic diseases. Fasting has been shown to increase bone marrow volume by 10% and levels of carnosine in the body in as little as a few weeks. Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level. A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and under 18 g of carb. Eating one meal a day can bring most of these benefits to a lesser degree, and adding a few entire days off from eating per week will have even more effect especially when starting to feel poorly. Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. Those with Addison's disease may also be unable to fast without liberal use of exogenous ketones, depending on severity. I was diagnosed with osteopenia years ago and none of my primary Dr. neither does my endocrinologist prescribed Vitamin K2, just Vitamin D3 I saw my Cardiologist a year ago and he neither prescribed me Vitamin K2 even though he order a CT calcium in my heart’s arteries, but I was diagnosed according to the CT calcium scan early stage of atherosclerosis, and because there was no plaque in my heart’s artery, he told me everything was normal 😢😢😢 I will start my consumption of vitamin K2 ASAP. Wonderful amazing way of learning. Thank you Doctor 💕💕
My calcium score was 225 and I was told to go on a low fat diet. I was still taking calcium until my Bone Density came back with me being a few points away from osteoporosis in my hip and spine. I stopped taking calcium supplement and started taking Vitamin K2. The specialist said it was ok to do this and gave me weight bearing exercises for my spine. I will retest the calcium in a year. I hope this works or I will be so disappointed.
Same here... Almost a year ago I was diagnosed with 1st stage of Ostopenia and doctor told me to start taking 1200 mg of Calcium daily and of course I followed. I've noticed now sometimes my heart hurts. That never happened to me before and now listening to this great Doctor J, I immediately stop taking them. I'll start on K2 +D3. Doctors here long time ago stop learning, investigating and preparing theirselves more in knowledge bcs they really don't care about their patients.
Hello, has your osteoporosis improved now that you are taking Vitamin K2? I hope you can answer me because I suffer from moderate degree of osteoporosis. Thank you
Dr. Pradip I just wanted to say that I really appreciate your informative videos. I wish I had known about this info years ago for a friend of mine that passed away from heart disease. I have another friend of mine my age who is going through heart disease and I have passed your videos to him. Thank you so very much. ❤
I'm so glad I found you! My doctor wants me to take calcium supplement because of bone density scan: osteopenia in hips. I'm 72 y.o. female, physically active, ( swim 1/2 to 1 mile 4-5 days a week, bike up 24 miles in 2 hours twice a week, hike 3 miles in forest preserve 2-3 times a week, weight lift all my life) organic food, free range chicken/pig/beef for 50 years. I only give myself B-12 injections once a month for megaloblastic pernicious anemia, lack intrinsic factor. So, I resist pharmaceuticals because they create more problems than they solve. I've never trusted calcium supplement because of the research I've done on them. I will try natto. I already drink Kefir, eat sauerkraut and hard cheese. I know I'm not invincible but I am doing my best to stay active as I age. Thank you so much for your videos.
Dr. Jamnadas, Thank you very much for taking the time to produce this followup video to your Part 1 K2 video which was the best presentation on K2 I'de ever seen on the subject at the time. You will be happy to know that I consider this video to be even better than the first, while complementing the first video. In this video you answered most of my questions, and brought even more information to the table. Thanks again! May you and yours be well. ct
Thank you Dr. Jamnadas. It is 4 am , I should be in bed, but was intrigued by your lecture , I have been taken vitamin K2, but did not realize HOW important it is. I will pass on what I have learned. I am grateful that we are able to listen to you !
Very good presentation from the Good Doc. Many are taking high doses of D3 since the 19 started 3 years ago, yet they don’t supplement with 180-200mcg K2 The three that work the best together, Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2 and a good Magnesium together. The three need each other to do their job, each helps the other. Absolutely, K2 is essential to keep calcium where it belongs. Look in your kitchen at where the water comes out of the faucet, that hard White chalky substance stuck on the faucet? That is calcium deposits. That is why MK-7 is so important to take everyday. Salute to this wonderful Cardiologist, he is saving his patients and many others lives with rock solid research back proof. The world would be a better place if we had more Doctors like this man.
I've been taking 20,000 IU of vitamin D3 + 360 mcg of K2 daily, along with 2,000 mg of Vitamin C and 100 mg of magnesium every day for the past six months or so and feel *so much better!*
@@larryc1616I found this out the hard way. I toke 20k d3 without enough magnesium and it gave me the worst headache imaginable. Once I figured out the issue the mag cured what a doctor told me was cluster headaches I would have to live with. Wrong! I was magnesium’s deficient from to much d3.
Had a major high calcium level at 45, that the doctor had been watching for 5 years. I went to an Endocrinologist and it was found out I had a tumor on 1 of my Parathyroid glands. Went to surgeon in Tampa to have it removed and he found another tumor on another gland and removed them both. I am going to start taking K2 because of this video, as I am sure I probably have calcification due to climbing levels for 5 years. Thank you so much for sharing all this info!
God bless you Sir, I follow you closely and you have helped my daughter from Insulin resistance by taking K2. She is not diabetic but was told when she was pregnant and now all is under control.
The doctor said to take 200 mcg of K2. I started taking in March of 2022 and just bought the one that was 500 mcg not knowing how much I should take. I will probably start taking 200 mcg now that my lipid numbers are lowered.
Thank you Dr. J. I have started taking K2 + D3 for my cardiovascular health and unexpectedly my tonsil stones that I have struggled with for over 20 years have disappeared within a few weeks. To me is some immediate proof something is going on. Following your advice on eating whole foods and blood sugar levels are way down too. You are the BEST!
I’m doing a 30 day water fast. I am taking omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin K2, vitamin D3, vitamin C and vitamin B 100. After the 30 days, I will continue taking these along with my athletic greens one supplement and continue the fast for another 30 days. At that point, I will go to OMAD to maintain my weight loss. Once my weight has stabilized where I need it to be and I’m starting to work out again I will do TMAD (two meals). In regard to fasting, I am following this general fasting schedule: 3 days per month. 7 days once per year. 30 days every 3-5 years.
I love your videos. It’s so refreshing to finally see someone in the medical community so strongly address the direct and unmistakable relationship between nutrition, vitamins and their effect on health and longevity. I can’t get enough of your information. Thank you and BRAVO! 👏👏👏👏
@Abisola D. Are you able to eat yogurt , Gouda cheese , kimchi , any other fermented foods ????? Then you can have K2 Mk7 , eat the foods especially Natto . Hope this helps.
Fascinating. Never heard of him before. This is the 2nd video I have watched. I thought for sure he was selling something. Looks like he is just giving away good info. Now there’s a concept.
I had a high CAC score due to years of eating the standard American processed food diet. Now cut out all carbs and sugar, I eat meat eggs, berries and some veg. Feel better at 65 than at 40
I’ve been on 90 mcg of K2 per day since watching these videos. I was not aware of it before.I was taking D3. Apparently, that’s the mistake that most people including myself make. Thank you for proving this information.
And it is fat soluble) Make sure you take both with meals. I take 240 a day 120 each after both my meals....Try some natto not bad while eating with a stirfry)
Yup. There's a youtuber called Dr John Campbell who got me onto D3+K2 a year ago.. Learnt how D3 needs K2 to saturate into the bones and blood vessels.. otherwise the calcium just stocks up in the muscle. Amazing these simple things aren't more known.
@@al3k D3 helps absorb calcium and K2 direct the calcium to bone and cartilage, With just D3 the calcium is just absorbed and the calcium gets incorporated into blood vessels where it hardens. So both are so important yet K2 has been ignored by the medical community
What a cool Doc. Sticking to the real science and its obvious he has a passion for his research. Kudo's to him and all the wonderful people he is helping!
This is absolutely great information. As we get older, we need to supplement and some supplements could interfere, but this sounds like a great research and a plus in any diet for anyone. Thank you doctor and glad that you shared this information, which was shared with me by a friend to see your video.
what an impactful presentation. i am sharing it widely. so many of us need this information. thank you for breaking it down in a way that even those who are not medically trained or inclined can/will understand it. awesome!!

This man saved my life. I've lost almost 150 lbs in a year and a half. I'm currently doing a 35 day water fast and, at age 62, I almost feel like I'm in my 20s again.
A 35 day water fast sounds a bit too long... Don't push it!

My husband had a 60-70% carotid blockage. I put him on K1/K2, Nattokinase, Vitamin D3, Fish oil, Malic Acid, and Vitamin E. Within 2 years the blockage was completely gone. Ultrasound confirmed.
Crazy that in 5 years of medical school vitamin k2 was not mentioned once 😮 Thank You for educating us all on this topic 🤗

By watching your videos and Dr. Jason Fung's I've lost over 158 lbs. I'm off my blood pressure meds, my osteoarthritis pain is hardly noticeable now and my asthma is gone. I'm 59 and I'm in the best health I've ever been. I can't thank you enough. Be well 😊🙏
Can I ask you what supplements you take because I am your age and I have bad arthritis.
@@barbwilletts3932 Hi Barb. I take fermented turmeric, cod liver oil, D3+K2, and vitamin C.
But the best thing I did for my osteoarthritis was to lose the weight and stopped eating all refined carbs and sugars. All processed foods. I eat very clean now and live an intermittent fasting lifestyle. I feel so well now when before I was so miserable.

@jeanclarke9106
Did the addition of K2 improve or cure your osteoporosis? What is your dosage of D3 and Calcium? I’m assuming you are taking 200 mcg o K2? How long did it take to see a difference in your bone scans? Thank you.

Fish oil and baby aspirin are your friends.Absolutely helpful for gum disease or any other inflammatory condition;)
same with dogs as well
Antibiotics can definitely kill your friendly microbiome......for quite awhile.....which can allow dangerous bacteria to proliferate....probably in mouth as well...alternatives to these meds....I think hydrogen peroxide solution, goldenseal herb (use frequently as mouthwash...make strong solution by breaking open capsule in warm water) works wonders! I am sure there are other natural solutions...as well as the vitamin K2 this doctor speaks about! I am just saying, for me antibiotics would be my last resort !

Will it clot blood? Ok with clopidogrel?
I have reviewed many health-related videos for information and self-education. I must thank you for this and the prior K2 videos, Dr.J, as they are exceptional. Hello. I'd be interested in the vitamin you're taking.
If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness then simply break the fast and seek advice.

I wonder what the relationship is with the stones? Mine are gone too
@@WookieLove1 k2 helps rid calcium deposits/buildup this would include stones which is what they are.
@Marie Cook Thank you Marie! That totally makes sense.
@@WookieLove1 your very welcome
@@WookieLove1 that would include stones anywhere as they are calcium depoist rocks basically
In regard to fasting, I am following this general fasting schedule:
3 days per month.
7 days once per year.
30 days every 3-5 years.
You are a phenomenal doctor. Not a lot of doctors talk about these vital things. Thanks for this awesome video ☺👍🏼
I love this doctor. Finally, an MD tells us the truth. Ty
We needs souls like these on these EARTH so that HEALING happens to all those afflicted. Thank You Doctor.
I love your videos. It’s so refreshing to finally see someone in the medical community so strongly address the direct and unmistakable relationship between nutrition, vitamins and their effect on health and longevity. I can’t get enough of your information. Thank you and BRAVO! 👏👏👏👏
I have sickle cell disease can I take vitamin k2 ? I am on medication for the sickle cell.
@Abisola D. Are you able to eat yogurt , Gouda cheese , kimchi , any other fermented foods ????? Then you can have K2 Mk7 , eat the foods especially Natto .
Hope this helps.
Fantastic news again. Thank you so much. Most in the industry are not thinking health through nature but profits though surgery and drugs.
Feel better at 65 than at 40
Good morning Doc!!! My son and I watch you all the time (replacement of Sat morning Cartoons 🤘🤘💓💓)
Please share with us how it improved your health
@@silentvoiceinthedark5665 my old doctor told me it would just clot my blood and to stop taking it. I never did. Notice I said OLD DOCTOR.
What a cool Doc. Sticking to the real science and its obvious he has a passion for his research. Kudo's to him and all the wonderful people he is helping!
2023 November I did my first ten day water fast. The quality of my health has improved immensely.Every word of advise here is worth health wealth.🎉
