    Hi, I would like to do this everyday but having had a couple of babies and the most recent still a few months ago I have no chance of lifting my legs for the breathe or fire, my core is too weak. Do you have an alternative position?

    Please do a moderation for those of us with lower back pain !!! You can really hurt yourself with this

      palms under your hips to keep low back flat or one hand under, one hand supporting neck. Can also do one leg at a time. Focus on the pressure a the navel and low back flat on floor.
