That's thanks to the special Shakti energy coming from my wife Clelia. Encouraging me to make everything more aesthetic 😉 She's very happy you enjoy the new thumbnail and setting for practice 😍🙏🏼💞
Sat Nam! Thank you for this video! I too loved the practice and listening to the birds and sounds of nature in the background. I just returned from Thailand so that was sweet to hear the lovely bird calls on the video that we woke up to every morning, it transported me right back there.
Thank you for this wonderful practice! I love using it on its own as a quick jump start when I don't have a lot of time in the morning. Lately I've been stacking it with another kriya for concentration, as I am studying for an exam. It produces the most productive study sessions!
Thank you. That was amazingly powerful. I'm wondering for a while, does breath of fire change your sense of smell? I smell something sweet like sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and a bit of cloves. It wears off after a while. Does everyone smell that or is that different for everyone? And what is it? Or why does it change?
It's definitely not the same for everyone. But breath of fire is a great technique for purifying the body and moving energy. As this happens as sorts of side effects can occur, one such effect can be enhancement of the senses.
You're very welcome Besty! I'm glad you enjoyed :) There are many benefits that come from Kundlaini and on so many levels! On what I consider the "lower level", I generally experience increased energy, will power and motivation. Which makes the rest of my day much more easy. I'm not a scientist who works in a lab and can test my blood levels for neurotransmitters, etc. But I have a suspicion that these practices have an effect of purging and decreasing dopamine receptors, much like long term meditation, which brings a greater level of interest, and appreciation of the world; especially the little things! Because after these practices I feel much more stimulated by almost everything. On a "higher level", I know that these practices have a strong effect of raising consciousness. They expand awareness and refine perception. As this happens the way we receive information from the world, and which of it weighs in importance, can completely change. I might go from worrying about the future of my "business" or stuck in some drama with my partner, before practice, to a place of contentment and optimism, trust in life, or forgiveness and pure love, or a high state of inspiration and a "knowing" of how everything always works out for the best. This is a sign of elevation of consciousness. And of course, the more conscious we become, the better we feel about life.
Hello Andrew thank you for this beautifull practice it was great, i have one question about showers after kundalini, dont showers remove prana when you take them soon as practice is over ? Thank you for your time and have a great day :)
Hello Kiki! Thank you for your question. The short answer is no, showers do not remove prana. The reason that showers are usually to be avoided right before or after practice is that connecting with the water element puts us in connection with Svadhistana Chakra, so the se.xual energy, pleasure, joy, desire, emotions, etc. Usually we have plenty of this energy as well - turn on the TV for 5 seconds and you'll be bombarded by it! - so we try to transmute this energy, through the practice, and bring it up to higher energies of confidence, love, creativity, inspiration, etc. When we shower directly after the practice, we don't lose any prana but we can have all the effects of raising our vibration and accessing higher states of consciousness pulled back down into Svadhistana Chakra, which can "wash away" some of the energetic benefits of the practice. If you want to get the most of your practice you should wait at least 2 hours after the practice before showering, bathing or even eating too much.
The best practice really depends on the student. I say, especially for beginners, do what you are most attracted to. The spiritual path is challenging enough. And always you will face difficulties. At least if you really enjoy the practice you will find it easier to go over the challenges that will come. And there is no practice of Kundalini Yoga without Pranayama 🐍🙏🏼💖
Yes! It's amazing to do still in bed. If you can do this first thing in the morning it will change your whole day 🔥 Not advised if there's someone sleeping next to you! Clelia gets very upset 😅
It's good to know your limitations and not push it. I do have an easier version of this practice on the channel. This one was intended to be for those who are already familiar with the series. If you would be interested it can be found under the same name "Kundalini Yoga: Wake Up Series"

Sir... I wanna know what is the best yogic practice for a student ??
What if we are practicing kundilini yoga and Pranayam together ...?

Thank you for the feedback Nazlican! I'm thinking to try some voice-over style videos in the future🙏💞
