    Ist time doing this, I'm an overweight 41 year old and was shocked by how much i felt this. Even though I found a little bit of it hard it felt very rewarding and left me with a sense of peace.

    I want to say that I’ve been doing this for over a year and every time I consistently do this only good things keep coming to me I stopped for a little bit but I definitely picked it back up because this Kundalini works magic in your life

    This was my first-time doing Kundalini Yoga. I have watched many videos and was fearful to begin. Thank you for making this experience so comfortable. I feel great after this session and plan to continue daily...maybe even more than once per day. I work from home, so I am looking forward to little yoga breaks. AWESOME morning awakening!

    I've just started getting adverts during the tune in and breath of fire 😮. I'm doing this as a 39 day challenge and I'm on day 38 and it won't play all the way through anymore. Almost impossible to do this when it's being interrupted

    I'm a complete novice and I have fallen in love with your videos , the effect of this video for me is so powerful I now feel the strong desire to meditate in the afternoons (again a complete novice )
    I've worked in massage therapy for years and have a strong bond with the energy within others , I've just forgotten to heal myself , thank you for helping awaken my authentic self ❤

      I love it - was introduced by someone years ago. But no-one did - they a woman in my city from a place called School House Yoga taught this - and with the meditation and chanting. Then it ended - why that place ended I don't know. I was back in Cali where I had lived for years - and believe me it is scare even there. BUT I was in Newport Beach for almost a year and found a wonderful place in Huntingdon Beach!! - Moved back to Pittsburgh and NOTHING! I an happy to find this and begin again.

    Started practicing kundalini yoga during quarantine thanks to your videos. Somehow I was able to remove some debilitating pain from my body which sent me down a long, beautiful, difficult, healing path of becoming a master energy healer and yoga instructor. You’ve been quite the inspiration. Next goal is to train In kundalini yoga and bring this healing to all I can. Thank you so much for you videos. I wouldn’t be where i am now without you 🙏🙏🙏

      So grateful I found this!! - It is not so easy to find Kundalini - even in southern Cali - sadly again I had to move back to Pittsburgh. I had found a wonderful place in Huntingdon Beach. The only place in Pittsburgh that taught no longer does??? I am going to start this tomorrow!!!

    I’ve been doing your kundalini for a few months now, and it’s helped me so much. Today in this class during breath of fire I got a pain almost like a stitch you get when running on my right side of my abdomen. This happened last time I did breath of fire as well. Any idea why this is happening am I doing something wrong ?

      You can try slowing the pace of your breath and see if that helps.

    This is great the only thing I would say is there is too much talking over the breath of fire which breaks my concentration sadly. But it does leave me feeling great.

      It's not "only for women" it's inclusive of women. Even among kundalini communities, modifications for women on their moon cycle are nowhere near as common as they should be.

    Been wanting to start a daily yoga for a while and recently I’ve had some intense kundalini awakening experiences but I can tell the tension in my physical body is keeping it from fully unfurling.     Can I ask why you can't do breath of fire if menstrating?

      Great question!!! It's an energetic thing. Menstruation is a downward flow of energy, Breath of Fire makes the energy rise. Nothing bad will happen if you choose to do it though!!

    Love this routine! I suffer from GERD so I am a little concerned about doing the first floor exercise. Can you recommend a substitute for this move so that I don't get acid reflex?

    you end your ego eradicator differently in your videos? In your other kundalini video you bring your palms to your lap and touch index finger to thumb to "absorb the effects of the practice" however in this video you sweep your aura and bring your open palms to the floor. Why the difference? and which one is correct/better? Lovely videos thank you🙏

      Different Kriyas do it differently, so what is "correct" for one may not be for another. Make sense? Thank you for practicing with me!!

    So, im a male and have just started my yogo-journey because i've heard some great stuff about it and already feel how it can affect my body and mind positively. But im interested in Kundalini yoga because ive heard stories about people who exercise it and I want to try it. But now when im searching for it on YT (for example), It say "(for women)"?? Like wtf is that about??

    Thank you for this! I have zero experience with joga and was advised this you and specifically this by my therapist... Have not yet done it as I am mentally making a space to fit it into a routine and as routine is soooo gone at the moment with regards to covid-steps and measures. I am finding you very nice to listen to, clear and friendly too

    hey i am s oblessed ive found this you tube chanel , absoultely love you enthusasim , i have been adding this routine to my morning for about a week , im 42 and wish i had discovered this form of yoga a long time ago , it certainly works my muscles , breathe of fire is a bit different because i always feel heat in the back of my neck after this . Any way its clearly doing amazing things . thank you so much for this amzing morning routine . from my heart to yours xx
