I'm surprised beetroot powder, or nitric oxide wasn't mentioned. It does wonders for blood flow and circulation. I learned it's a first cousin to Nitrous oxide anesthesia that impairs absorption of cellular B12! It's also related to Nitrate Fertilizer of which were ingesting too much by Eating Conventionally grown vegetables, that drive Inflammation in the body! My sinuses are inflamed if I Eat Out and suffer Snoring and Sleep Apnea that night!

I was taking the complete B vitamin but I don’t like my urine to be the color of mustard no matter how much water I drink or take my probiotics for the day

Moringa has as much vitamin C as in eight oranges!Plus is has so many other vitamins minerals and omega 3’s! Moringa packs a punch even when you are sick! Super powers your immune system, and you’re over any kind of sickness in two days and if you take it every day, you won’t be sick!
