I had a history of heart disease. Nothing that pr healthcare suggested worked. I read a book 'Health and Beauty Mastery' by Julian Bannett. The way it broke down the connection between lifestyle and heart disease finally made things click for me. A year later, my cholesterol is under control, and I feel stronger than ever. Don’t lose hope!

Eating sardines 2-3x/wk an avocado a day and raw almonds & walnuts for snacks does wonders for your health. Works for me at 77, lifting light dumbbells helps too. Keep your core strong.

The emphasis on balancing intake to avoid risks was a great touch. Yes, it’s not a one size fit all.. most primary care doctors prescribe vitamin D2, said to be synthetic…plus never mention vitamin K2.. after researching bcz of labs and DXA…proactively came up with a regiment for my D3, along with K2-MK7 (140 mcg) along with whole food diet, added supplement vitamin D3, 5000 IU, along with daily vegan multiple vitamin, Cod Liver Oil that added another 2,000 IU Vit. D3- plus exercise, some sun☀️ And this raised my vitamin D level from low 30s to high 70s in less than a year when retested.. DXA is coming up soon🤞🏽 ☀️ ❤️‍🩹

@@daniellehelliker3990not necessarily, I have eaten an extremely healthy diet most of my life, I have also been prescribed omeprazole for Barrett's Esophagus . I was hospitalized for anemia, and had to receive two units of blood. While in the hospital it was discovered that I had practically no vitamin D, and my vitamin B12 was dangerously low. It doesn't matter which foods you eat, if your stomach doesn't process them properly. Now I take vitamin D3 with K2, and sublingual B12, and my tests are normal...

Your D3 dose is way too low. It needs to be taken with K2.

Good vid but it must be mentioned that without magnesium glycinate, your body is not absorbing 90% of the vitamin D you’re taking!

If you listen to the video instead of commenting negatively, all the foods are listed. It is actually a great video. Just listen, you will learn a lot. It even go into details why the specific vitamins and the roles it plays in our bodies. Listen first before judging. I learned a lot and even shared it. Let’s be supportive. One love.

If you are looking for foods, you should watch videos that are specific to foods. This video is clearly titled ‘Vitamins’ and you can also look up foods that are rich in the vitamins suggested.

Please make these videos much shorter! They are so repetitive and boring the essential information they give us can cause brain fog!!
