      I just wrote comment,maybe help you? Copy for you " A few months ago, I bought a blood pressure monitor at the pharmacy! I measure my blood pressure once a day! The last few weeks when I watch TV from bed, I lie on my back! I take the blood pressure monitor , put it around the lower leg,calf and press! When that squeezes my calf hard, it pleases me, it's as pleasant as a massage, I enjoy it

      Also ! If your legs are swollen, it is a sign that you have too much water in you! Reduce your salt intake! My 77-year-old mother had swollen legs (later it can damage her heart and lungs). The doctor prescribed Furosemide for her to urinate! Now she no longer has a swollen legs, foot

    Thank you so much. I went for my blood flow results and arteries check up. Everything was great except for the blood flow from below my knees and down to my toes. I have a doctor appointment for a sonogram in two weeks. Doc gave me exercises to do. You provided me in this video some great additional exercises. I started these today. Be blessed Dr. Mandel. I have implemented many things in my life from your videos and I feel great. In fact, just to let you know I have lost 16 pounds since I started watching and following your videos these past four months. ❤

    Dear Dr Mandell, I have been battling leg muscle pain for weeks and due to my hectic schedules have no time to step out for my walks (though I will start soon) and prayed GOD help me with a simple and right solution to sort this issue. There came my answer, last night I looked up your channel and did these simple exercises, Praise GOD, I slept like a baby and this morning already feel so light and healed! I could wake up and walk well. Thank you so much for these simple practical solutions that we can manage so very well anywhere in the comfort of our four walls.       I found that restless legs are mostly caused by the kidneys that needs to be flushed regularly with water. At night when my legs are sore or restless, after drinking a glass of water, it helps me also to sleep better.

      Do check your medications. Sometimes if there is more than one medicine which targets the central nervous system, then they can counteract each other resulting in conflicting signals which causes restless feet. If yes, then stopping one or more of them should give you relief.

    I did these exercises for the first time after suffering from swollen feet , ankles and calf muscles and was astonished to see the reduced swelling and after three days , they have all returned to normal!!! I can't believe that there' are still good and selfless souls like you around. God bless and thank you Dr Mandell.

    You are really helping me. My lymphatic system has been damaged by radiation therapy. Your exercises have reduced lymphatic swelling, improved my balance and my belief that perhaps I can function as before. I am now walking through farmland with my dog every morning, a little unsteady at times but improving every day. Thank you Thank you

    My highest compliment…Dr. Mandell is the Mr. Rogers of the medical world. Your slow, thorough explanations given with quiet underlying enthusiasm are easy for me to follow. I have not had Charley horses now for four days in a row! I was getting them almost every morning for a month and had residual pain all the way down the back of my legs when walking for the first hour or so. Thanks!

    Thank you, at 69 I needed this knowledge, I have COPD and take a mild blood pressure medication. My ankles have been somewhat swollen for lack of proper exercise. I am grateful for the ability to save this video to watch at bedtime so I can really learn this.
    I have yet to know how to save those little messages.

    I get really bad burning feet throughout the day and before bed the pain is brutal but as soon as I’m done these exercises the pain slowly goes away it’s amazing and I can sleep better at night!!

    I'm definitely going to try this today, because I have swelling on both of my feet. Apart from the swelling my joints hurt and I get a lot of cramps on my left calf.

    Dr Mandell you are the greatest. Thank you for all your advice. I had a leg op for circulation problems 4 yrs ago and ever since then I am in pain everyday. The specialist who did the op shrugged his shoulders when I asked him what else can I do for the pain. He told me to go and find a neurosurgeon which I did he gave me a back op. Now I have pain in my back and cannot bend. My legs and feet pain 24/7 I can't even go for a walk I have to wear a crutch to walk.
    I will definitely try these excerises and pray it helps me. ❤❤❤

    Thank God for this confirmation which encourages me to continue the exercises I've been doing. Having been a stroke survivor whose right half of the body is affected, I exercised the left side only but was not satisfied with my performance. Thanks Dr. for am encouraged to continue.     Thank you Dr. Mandell! I have a condition called Foot Drop. It’s difficult for me to do the exercises because the muscles in the back of my legs are very weak. However, I will keep trying to make the motions to exercise my legs and feet.

    It's 2:06 early a.m. and I'm watching you doing your exercises.and I think I can do all that even thou I'm old" er . I couldn't sleep so I turned on my phone. I used to do zumba , long time ago and bootcamp and yoga. Now I do a lot of walking. Ur so good giving advice and among other things. I learned a lot that I didn't know that I could do.     Awesome doc! This gave me the idea to use my exercise bike… I lay on the floor in front of it and paddle with slight resistance. 20 minutes. My legs and feet are lifted above my heart. Heart rate went up; will incorporate a few of your suggestions also. Thanks so much!
