Thippili or long pepper is the best among the pepper family. Only use very little as it is very powerful. It's used in ayurvedic medicine.
Ginko biloba (120-240 mg per day), ginger (teaspoon powder), cayenne pepper (30-120 mg a day), horse chestnut (300 mg), gotu kola (1-2 grams per day), butcher's broom 120 mg per day), hawthorn (160 -900 mg day) bilberry 160-400 mg day)

I drink my teas such as hibiscus, green, black ginger, etc. I add ginger, Cheyenne pepper,cloves, cloves,garlic cumin and teaspoon honey. I was putting turmeric in also. I was told that turmeric didn’t absorb in our bodies as well if it wasn’t heated or in oils. So, I begin to mix it with 1 teaspoon of olive oil. I find this info extremely informative.
I regularly use cayenne pepper, garlic, gotu-kola, turmeric & ginger with many other spices and herbs some of which includes (black pepper, cinnamon, fenugreek, cumin seed, blackseed, coriander, garcinia, tamarind, cardamon, cloves, blue butterfly flowers and etc.) in my daily meals and teas perhaps some may be native to Sri Lanka. I have not taken any medicine for more than 15 years and maintains my BP, lipid & blood sugar levels very well, lives a very healthy stressless life at my age of 63. U can hv gotu kola leaves juice, add turmeric, ginger, amla ( all fresh, not powdered) everyday, I am also diabetic n lot of issues in legs, this gives me relief

I've found that the best way to ingest raw garlic is to break up a bulb to find the smaller cloves (maybe the size of a large vitamin capsule?), peel one without breaking the inner skin and swallow whole. Or pop it into your mouth just before you swallow your food, if it looks a bit too big. As long as that inner skin is unbroken, no-one will ever know you had it.
I would know! As a taxi driver taking a clove every morning, not one passenger ever, either by body language or comment, knew about my garlicky breakfast. And I never got sick!

If you swallow the clove whole it will pass through your digestive system intact, how does that benefit you?
I thought you had to crush the garlic, wait about 10 minutes to ingest. That is how the Alicin is released.
I eat about 7-8 raw cloves per day, just chew each clove like 3 times and swallow with one sip of water

I was told by my Neurologist that I have to be careful when taking Ginko. I SUFFER WITH PARKINSON'S DISEASE.
I was using magnesium for a year for restless leg syndrome and but it wasn’t helping much. After a couple of weeks on ginkgo I now barely have RLS except when I’m extremely tired. I had no idea it had this effect! Highly recommend
