okay i don’t usually write comments but this workout is the one that has given me most and best results in such a short period of time. i’ve been doing this for 3 or 4 days and i already noticed a huge difference! my abs is much more defined and flatter, also that annoying muffin top is lower. tysm for this juliana :) don’t give up and remember to stay hydrated!
ive been doing the hourglass workout for 5 days in arow now, my body is becoming more square instead of more curved and i think i shld do this instead because a month ago i did that excerise once every 2 days and got better results. so i will do this the days im not doing the other
If you want to know if this video works, IT DOES!! I usually never comment, but this workout is the best! I started doing Chloe Ting’s ab workout for 2 weeks and the ab was showing a little bit but I realize to see results, you have to do different ab workouts. Then I saw this and been doing it for a week and already saw my abs more defined and poppin. Loving my results and will continue to do this for that beach body!! Keep going and don’t give up! ❤️
I'll be doing this workout everyday for one week!! I won't be changing my diet since I think it's important to lose weight healthily and long term :)) starting weight: 84.9 Goal: 82 day 1: Done!! It really burned, but I did it! For those doing it with me, good job! We can do it! day 2: I finished this workout!! day 3: My stomach is a lot flatter and doesn't bloat as easily anymore! So excited to continue doing this exercise day 4: This workout was a serious burn today! I felt it way more than yesterday, surprisingly! I really look forward to this workout after I finish eating. quick update: my stomach is super flat when I wake up in the morning, and I've finally reached my goa weight! However, I will continue doing this workout until I finish one week and see how I'll feel. day 5: Did this first thing in the morning before breakfast and seriously felt the burn!! day 6: Did it two times today because i felt confident I could!! My belly seriously burned the second time, woah!! I ate a brown sugar Popsicle for dessert today, 100% recommend! Day7: finished one week, AND here are my results! I’ve achieved my goal weight and even gained abs from this workout. I 100% recommend this work out and definitely believe you should add this to your playlist! Whenever I want dessert I usually stick to Nick’s ice cream pints (coffee and cookies and kram are my fav!!) or sugar free chocolate bars! On the weekends, I usually go out with my family, so i won’t lie and tell you that I don’t eat dessert when we go out. Even if I DO go over my deficit every now and then, that’s okay!! One day won’t make you gain weight, just as one day you won’t lose weight

I am gonna try this workout for as long as I can and some other workouts with it :) Day 1: Felt a something like tightening,but I went by so fast and did it without stopping only to check if anyone was looking at me but one thing is I kept like moving forward when putting my legs down but this workout felt good. Day 2:Okay I have been doing it just not updating but lot’s of distractions finally got to do it little easier except I woke up really sore but glad I got through it. Day 3:I did it a little sore but still got but the thing is I don’t know how to stop my self from sliding and putting my legs down but anyways will update tomorrow Day 4:Today I did it not sore anymore was kinda fun to be honest and I have not been updating but for my abs a little flat and I am starting to see a outline of the abs in the morning but will update tomorrow if I don’t I did do it. Day 5: Day 6: Day 7: I will keep doing just remind me in case :)

I’ll be doing the 3 weeks brand new me challenge and I will also add some additional training like skipping and running as I’m doing this to lose some weight for sports . But anyways, I'm doing this for 3 weeks because I don't feel confident :) I probably won't finish this because I have lost of homework but I'll try... Day 1✅: I really feel the burn, I got really tired but playing music calmed me down. I recommened "fruit preserves", "turns out it was mostly a lie" or "a homework playlist to help you focus". The routine is super effective! In 2 weeks you see super noticeable results and it's super easy to do! I got the same problem it really hurts especially when you have a big butt cos it will give you arch in the back which cause pain. Just try to lie flat on your back and suck in your lower abs you'll get use to it day by day.

I’ve done one of your workouts before, (currently still doing it) and I’ve been for about 2 1/2 weeks I would say... I don’t see much result yet other then feeling more muscle so hopefully over the next few months it gets flat
Started: 25/04/22 My waist is 75 cm now and I remember when it used to be 60 cm 🙃 so the goal for now is 70 cm but preferably to have ~65cm before summer Day 1: ✅ I’ve already became tired doing the first exercise 😂 the burn was real tho. My lower muscles were buuurning. But when the workout was done I was like “that’s all?” Lol ahah. Also don’t forget to do a lil stretching after (: Day 2: ✅ my stomach started to sore towards evening and when I was doing the workout it was buuurning but I liked the pain hehe Day 3: ✅ felt really tired but still did the workout 💪🏻 my upper abs hurt sm. and then lower abs when doing circles. It also seemed a bit harder to do then yesterday? But maybe that’s bcz I was tired Day 4: rest day ☺️ Day 5: ✅ a bit easier to do! Day 6: ✅ starting to see ab line 😍 Note: I’ve been following abs workouts since 2019. Even though I wasn’t workouting regularly in 2021 my muscles memory works lol. So what I want to say is that all bodies are different so if you’re a beginner you prob won’t see results that quickly but don’t stop!! And believe in yourself ❤️ Day 7: ✅ had really unhealthy dinner 🤥 Day 8: ❌ I wanted to complete 7 days of workouting but had 0 power to do the workout 🥲 so I’ll try to workout twice tomorrow and then start a new “week” to complete 14 days :) Note: I couldn’t workout for around a week but I feel obligated to finish the 2 weeks challenge even though my periods are coming :( WEEK 2. Day 1: ✅ it’s very hot in where I am now so I’m sweating lol

Day 1✅: I really feel the burn, I got really tired but playing music calmed me down. I recommened "fruit preserves", "turns out it was mostly a lie" or "a homework playlist to help you focus". (spotify) I felt more energetic after the exercise. I'm not an extremely fast results person BUT I'm more confident now :)

The routine is super effective! In 2 weeks you see super noticeable results and it's super easy to do! And I reduced 2cm of waist or abdominal swelling in 2 weeks I see that my lower abdomen is much flatter and more toned

🧋Si hice y hago dieta, probé muchas y te puedo recomendar que la que mas resultado me dio fue esta.
Desayuno: 2 ó 1 fruta
Almuerzo: 150gr de pechuga de pollo + tomate (ó cualquier verdura, menos la batata o papa)
Snack: 1 fruta
Cena: ensalada + 2 ó 1 huevo hervido

I got the same problem it really hurts especially when you have a big butt cos it will give you arch in the back which cause pain. Just try to lie flat on your back and suck in your lower abs you'll get use to it day by day.

My waist is 75 cm now and I remember when it used to be 60 cm 🙃 so the goal for now is 70 cm but preferably to have ~65cm before summer
Day 1: ✅ I’ve already became tired doing the first exercise 😂 the burn was real tho. My lower muscles were buuurning. But when the workout was done I was like “that’s all?” Lol ahah. Also don’t forget to do a lil stretching after (:
Day 2: ✅ my stomach started to sore towards evening and when I was doing the workout it was buuurning but I liked the pain hehe
Day 3: ✅ felt really tired but still did the workout 💪🏻 my upper abs hurt sm. and then lower abs when doing circles. It also seemed a bit harder to do then yesterday? But maybe that’s bcz I was tired
Day 4: rest day ☺️
Day 5: ✅ a bit easier to do!
Day 6: ✅ starting to see ab line 😍
Note: I’ve been following abs workouts since 2019. Even though I wasn’t workouting regularly in 2021 my muscles memory works lol. So what I want to say is that all bodies are different so if you’re a beginner you prob won’t see results that quickly but don’t stop!! And believe in yourself ❤️
Day 7: ✅ had really unhealthy dinner 🤥
Day 8: ❌ I wanted to complete 7 days of workouting but had 0 power to do the workout 🥲 so I’ll try to workout twice tomorrow and then start a new “week” to complete 14 days :)
Note: I couldn’t workout for around a week but I feel obligated to finish the 2 weeks challenge even though my periods are coming :(
