I stumbled upon this, figured its 5am and i havent even yawned yet. Instantly started crying and felt overwhelmed in the realization my life has hit rock bottom, im scared and alone and it all hit me so hard the tears poured like rain. And then....a sense of calm. I felt as if everyone who listened to this was suddenly in here with me. Just all sitting together. Acknowledging eachothers emotions without a sound. Just knowing we are there together made me feel so safe and warm i finally yawned! Its cold and rainy but i know now that i can curl up and close my eyes in the safety of this song and all who have heard it. Iv been depressed for very long and i needed this , i lost my mother at the age of 5 and honestly i never moved on , and now last year my precious sisters aged 13 and 10 moved very far away from me for schooling purposes, i feel so alone i have no one with me now . But reading your comments made me cry , thank you so much . It takes alot for me to cry and this was wonderful to listen to and to read most of these comedies were just splendid. It’ll be ok. Yes the depression is horrible. We may have different stories but I believe you and I both can identify with the pain. From pain comes growth. We do not grow when we’re comfortable. We grow in those moments of pain. We grow by having the faith in the darkest of times. I have been there. But I finally arrived to a place in my life I’ve never been. The depression is gone. Jesus entered my life. And this doesn’t mean u need to be religious. It’s funny cause when people see me they say what’s different about you?. U find religion or something???...... I suffer from depression & anxiety. But listening to relaxing stuff & looking @ the scenery of beautiful pics of the waves comi g & rolling back out. Nice to just lay back close your eyes & put yourself n that scenery to listen & feel the stress melt away. I'm here for people no matter where you are @ in this world. Just remember we're all human & we make mistakes we all suffer from pain in some shape or form. But we pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off, & we keep pushing forward. Being there for each other. My mother and husband passed away four years ago, my mom in may, and my husband in August of the same year, and I haven’t been the same person ever since I have a hard time falling asleep, ever since I start to listen to the Calm App it helps a lot, it really calms me down it’s very soothing and bring some sort of peace too me, greaving for so long can be very bad for the mind body and soul, and also the loneliness is even worse, may who ever is going through what I am pray fully we will be happy and strong again.👩🏾❤️👏🏾😌

I had the most amazing dream while listening to this. I looked into the sky and kept seeing the creation and explosion of multiple galaxies in the night sky. Colors upon colors, Stars upon Stars and planets upon planets. This was the greatest dream I've ever had.

I've only just started listening to this and after only six minutes, have allowed my mind to relax, allowing me to concoct a story involving a man and woman who met in school as kids, grew up together, got married, had children, and after many years of adventures, moved to a cabin into a cabin in a forest on the edge of town. In this cabin, the couple, now in their 70s, live peacfully surrounded by nature, enjoying each others company, remenicing about past events/adventures, whilst continuing to love each other in their new lufe in the cabin. I came up with this story (whilst listening to this) because in the end, the couple find peace at the cabin (along with marital bliss). I also imagine them listening to this on a cd on a radio whilst reading in the living room with the morning sunlight shining through a skylight.

I stumbled upon this, figured its 5am and i havent even yawned yet. Instantly started crying and felt overwhelmed in the realization my life has hit rock bottom, im scared and alone and it all hit me so hard the tears poured like rain. And then....a sense of calm. I felt as if everyone who listened to this was suddenly in here with me. Just all sitting together. Acknowledging eachothers emotions without a sound. Just knowing we are there together made me feel so safe and warm i finally yawned! Iv been depressed for very long and i needed this , i lost my mother at the age of 5 and honestly i never moved on , and now last year my precious sisters aged 13 and 10 moved very far away from me for schooling purposes, i feel so alone i have no one with me now . But reading your comments made me cry , thank you so much . It takes alot for me to cry and this was wonderful to listen to and to read most of these comedies were just splendid. It’ll be ok. Yes the depression is horrible. We may have different stories but I believe you and I both can identify with the pain. From pain comes growth. We do not grow when we’re comfortable. We grow in those moments of pain. We grow by having the faith in the darkest of times. I have been there. But I finally arrived to a place in my life I’ve never been. The depression is gone. Jesus entered my life. And this doesn’t mean u need to be religious. It’s funny cause when people see me they say what’s different about you?. U find religion or something???...... Nice to just lay back close your eyes & put yourself n that scenery to listen & feel the stress melt away. I'm here for people no matter where you are @ in this world. Just remember we're all human & we make mistakes we all suffer from pain in some shape or form. But we pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off, & we keep pushing forward. Being there for each other. My mother and husband passed away four years ago, my mom in may, and my husband in August of the same year, and I haven’t been the same person ever since I have a hard time falling asleep, ever since I start to listen to the Calm App it helps a lot, it really calms me down it’s very soothing and bring some sort of peace too me, greaving for so long can be very bad for the mind body and soul, and also the loneliness is even worse, may who ever is going through what I am pray fully we will be happy and strong again.👩🏾❤️👏🏾😌

I've only just started listening to this and after only six minutes, have allowed my mind to relax, allowing me to concoct a story involving a man and woman who met in school as kids, grew up together, got married, had children, and after many years of adventures, moved to a cabin into a cabin in a forest on the edge of town. In this cabin, the couple, now in their 70s, live peacfully surrounded by nature, enjoying each others company, remenicing about past events/adventures, whilst continuing to love each other in their new lufe in the cabin.
I came up with this story (whilst listening to this) because in the end, the couple find peace at the cabin (along with marital bliss). I also imagine them listening to this on a cd on a radio whilst reading in the living room with the morning sunlight shining through a skylight.
To the creator: Thank you for this lovely music 🎶 it's very soothing and beautiful. To whom ever may read this 🤔: I'm sorry that you are having trouble sleeping, I know it's hard to trust that everything is going to get better ❤️ (I'm trying hard to stay positive as well) but we have to hang on, stay strong and take it one step at a time.
