My mother and husband passed away four years ago, my mom in may, and my husband in August of the same year, and I haven’t been the same person ever since I have a hard time falling asleep, ever since I start to listen to the Calm App it helps a lot, it really calms me down it’s very soothing and bring some sort of peace too me, greaving for so long can be very bad for the mind body and soul, and also the loneliness is even worse, may who ever is going through what I am pray fully we will be happy and strong again.👩🏾❤️👏🏾😌

Love the music would love one with ocean waves but that puts my partner in panic mode because we have a fish tank in our room that uses a drip filter and it makes him think the tank s leaking

Loving this peaceful music. I imagine this is what heaven sounds like. All my problems and anxiety seem to be calmed down listening to this. So much pain in my life. The comments and music has put me at ease. Not having much money, losing loved ones and bad health is a hard struggle to face every day, but THIS... puts my mind, body, and soul at ease. In June I was diagnosed with diabetes, hypothyroidism, SVT (heart condition, a liver problem, and undetermined digestive issues; all at once.
